技术哲学视域下“泰勒制”管理思想初探

【摘要】:作为现代管理学的第一个管理思想流派,“泰勒制”对后世的管理学说有着极其重大的开创及奠基意义,其许多管理方法至今仍在具体管理中发挥着重要的作用。因此,管理学界对“泰勒制”的研究可谓经久不衰。近年来,随着管理哲学在国内学界的兴起,对“泰勒制”的研究上升到了哲学的层面,已有学者分别从马克思主义哲学、西方马克思主义哲学、西方人本主义哲学、科学哲学等视域对“泰勒制”管理思想进行了较深入的研究。本文选择从技术哲学的视域来开展对“泰勒制”管理哲学思想的跨学科探讨,以期为这一经典流派更深入的哲学研究提供一种较新的视角。“泰勒制”是随着工业化大机器生产方式走向成熟从而应运而生的管理思想及其制度,它必定与“大机器”这样的技术体系存在着内在关连,人与机器的关系,即人与技术的关系,必定构成“泰勒制”产生的本体论基础。而人与技术的关系历来是技术哲学研究的核心课题,笔者认为,在技术哲学视域下,通过对人与技术关系的探讨,才能从本体论上更深入地把握“泰勒制”管理思想的核心实质。在此本体论研究的基础上,才能更清晰地分析“泰勒制”管理思想体系建构的认识论和方法论,进而从技术哲学的视角对其管理哲学思想给予一个较新评价。“泰勒制”是一种调整工厂内部“人-机”关系以提高效率的管理学说。泰勒制所要达到的并非简单的提升工厂生产的效率,而且还要达到工厂内部“人—机”关系的和谐,和劳资双方的共赢。然而泰勒由于自身和时代的局限使其理论在提高生产效率之外其他目标都没有达到。
[Abstract]:As the first school of management thought in modern management, "Taylor system" has great significance to the later management theory, and many of its management methods still play an important role in the concrete management. Therefore, the study of Taylor system in the field of management can be said to have lasted for a long time. In recent years, with the rise of management philosophy in domestic academic circles, the study of "Taylor system" has risen to the level of philosophy. The management thought of Taylor system has been deeply studied in the field of philosophy of science. This paper chooses to explore the management philosophy of Taylor's system from the perspective of philosophy of technology in order to provide a new perspective for the further study of philosophy in this classical school. "Taylor system" is the management thought and system which comes into being with the development of the industrialized machine production mode. It must have an inherent relation with the technological system such as "big machine", and the relationship between man and machine. That is, the relationship between man and technology must form the ontological basis of Taylor system. The relationship between human and technology has always been the core subject of the philosophy of technology. The author thinks that in the field of philosophy of technology, through the discussion of the relationship between human and technology, In order to grasp the core essence of Taylor's management thought more deeply from the ontology. On the basis of this ontological study, the epistemology and methodology of the construction of "Taylor system" management thought system can be analyzed more clearly, and a relatively new evaluation of its management philosophy thought can be given from the perspective of technology philosophy. Taylor system is a management theory that adjusts the relationship between human and machine to improve efficiency. What the Taylor system aims to achieve is not simply to improve the efficiency of factory production, but also to achieve the harmony of the "man-machine" relationship within the factory and the win-win situation between labor and management. However, Taylor's theory has failed to achieve any goal other than improving production efficiency because of its own limitations and the limitations of the times.
