论供给学派与我国当前供给侧结构性改革的关联

【摘要】：供给学派与我国当前供给侧结构性改革的关联表现为两个方面:一是供给学派为我国供给侧结构性改革提供了重要的知识基础,包括:我国宏观经济中长期的发展思路需要从"供给侧"加强管理和调控;在关于政府和市场关系方面,供给学派倡导"充分发挥市场机制在资源配置中的基础作用"对于解决我国改革开放三十多年以来的要素市场扭曲问题具有重要的指导价值;要重视宏观经济管理中的制度和机制创新。二是我国的供给侧结构性改革是对"供给学派"的超越,这种超越体现为供给侧结构性改革并非局限于狭隘的"供给管理",而是注重对"供给(生产)"和"需求"的双重管理,实现一种结构性的均衡;还体现为供给侧结构性改革不是出于对"滞胀"的矫正,而是着眼于对我国宏观经济中"供需结构失衡"的矫正。
[Abstract]:The relationship between supply-side structural reform and supply-side structural reform in China is manifested in two aspects: first, supply-side structural reform provides an important knowledge base for China's supply-side structural reform. It includes: the long-term development of China's macroeconomic needs to strengthen management and regulation from the "supply-side"; In relation to the relationship between government and market, the supply-side school advocates that "giving full play to the fundamental role of market mechanism in resource allocation" has an important guiding value in solving the distortion of factor market in China's reform and opening up for more than 30 years. Attention should be paid to system and mechanism innovation in macroeconomic management. Second, the supply-side structural reform in China is a surpassing of the "supply-side school", which is reflected in the fact that the supply-side structural reform is not confined to narrow "supply-side management". Instead, it pays attention to the dual management of "supply (production)" and "demand" and realizes a kind of structural equilibrium; It also shows that the supply-side structural reform is not based on the correction of stagflation, but on the correction of the "imbalance of supply and demand structure" in China's macro economy.
