【摘要】：正银行间市场清算所股份有限公司(上海清算所)于2009年11月28日成立,是经中国人民银行批准并主管的我国场外金融市场合格中央对手方。现已建成我国场外金融市场中央对手清算服务体系,包括债券、外汇及汇率衍生品、利率衍生品和大宗商品衍生品四类中央对手清算业务。上海清算所积极响应人民银行发展绿色金融的号召,落实全面提高金融服务实体经济效率的要求,创新研发上海碳配额远期中央对手清算业务。该业务以上海碳排放配额为标的,以人民币计价、清算、结算,以实体企业
[Abstract]:Established on November 28, 2009, the Interbank Clearing House Limited (Shanghai Clearing House) is a qualified central counterparty in the over-the-counter financial market of China, which has been approved by the people's Bank of China and is in charge. China's over-the-counter financial market central counterparty clearing service system has been completed, including bonds, foreign exchange and exchange rate derivatives, interest rate derivatives and commodity derivatives four categories of central counterparty liquidation business. The Shanghai Clearing House actively responds to the call of the people's Bank of China to develop green finance, implements the requirement of comprehensively improving the economic efficiency of financial services entities, and innovates in the development of Shanghai carbon quota forward central counterparty clearing business. The business is based on Shanghai carbon emission quotas, denominated in renminbi, settled and settled, and based on entity enterprises
