以能力培养为导向的经贸类文化素质课程教学模式创新研究

【摘要】：目前经贸类文化素质课程普遍存在教学目标不够清晰、教学内容不能突出课程特色、教学方法与考核办法比较陈旧等不足。为此,高校应确立以能力培养为导向的教学目标,适当筛选教学内容,改进教学方法,提高学生的参与度与积极性,构建灵活多样的"第二课堂"教学平台,改革考核方法,凸显"过程考核"与"多样考核"的导向。为保障经贸类文化素质课程教学模式的创新与改革,学校应加强师资队伍的建设,提高专任教师的授课水平,同时引进校外实务部门的专家来授课,还应在政策与资金上给予适当的扶持。
[Abstract]:At present, the teaching objectives are not clear enough, the teaching contents can not highlight the characteristics of the courses, and the teaching methods and assessment methods are old and so on. For this reason, colleges and universities should establish the teaching target oriented by ability cultivation, properly screen teaching contents, improve teaching methods, increase students' participation and enthusiasm, construct flexible and diverse "second classroom" teaching platform, and reform examination methods. Highlight the orientation of "process assessment" and "diverse assessment". In order to guarantee the innovation and reform of the teaching mode of economic and trade cultural quality courses, schools should strengthen the construction of teachers, improve the teaching level of full-time teachers, and introduce experts from outside practical departments to teach. Appropriate policy and financial support should also be provided.
