论马克思雇佣劳动理论中国化的历史进程和基本特征

【摘要】：雇佣劳动理论是马克思在理论上的重要创造,也是马克思主义理论体系的核心内容之一。这一理论确认资本逻辑统治下的雇佣劳动具有异化本质,认为要实现劳动的解放就必须消除资本主义意义的雇佣劳动。中国共产党成立起,就致力于消灭剥削的政治实践,推进马克思雇佣劳动理论的中国化。中国共产党结合中国社会的阶级状况,探求中国情形下雇佣劳动的表现形态,制定了解决"雇佣劳动"异化难题的政策措施,具有鲜明的中国特色,这为我们今天研究和克服雇佣劳动的异化本质提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The theory of wage-labor is an important creation of Marx's theory and one of the core contents of Marxist theory system. This theory confirms that wage labor under the rule of capital logic has the nature of alienation, and believes that in order to realize the liberation of labor, it is necessary to eliminate wage labor in the sense of capitalism. Since the establishment of the CPC, it has devoted itself to the political practice of eliminating exploitation and promoting the localization of Marx's theory of wage labor. The Communist Party of China combined with the class situation of the Chinese society to explore the performance of wage labor in China, formulated policies and measures to solve the problem of alienation of "wage labor", with distinct Chinese characteristics. This provides a reference for us to study and overcome the alienation nature of wage labor today.
