当代劳动的新形式与新特点及劳动价值论的创新

【摘要】:当代劳动形式的深刻变化表现在服务劳动、科技劳动和经营管理劳动正在成为主体生产劳动形式,其特点在于它们是社会价值和财富创造的主要来源。 目前,国内经济理论界对这三种主体生产劳动形式的认识存在着分歧:对服务劳动的认识分歧主要在于服务业的全部劳动还是部分劳动创造价值;对科技劳动的认识分歧在于科技是只改变生产条件还是能创造价值。本文主要结合当代劳动的新形式与新特点和对这三种生产劳动的认识,从生产劳动范围拓展的角度来谈对劳动价值论的创新。其目的是要以理论上的创新指导实践,为发展社会生产力这个中心任务服务。 另外,随着分配体制改革和激励机制的建立,按劳分配和按生产要素分配并存的格局在我国逐步定型和完善,并且按生产要素分配的比例呈上升趋势。这反映了劳动、资本、技术和管理等生产要素对社会价值形成和财富创造的重要作用,我们有必要结合按生产要素分配来谈对劳动价值论的创新。目前,关于按劳分配和按生产要素分配的理论依据还有分歧。本文通过对按生产要素贡献参与分配原则的阐释,,强调尊重这一原则的同时,还要加强政府宏观调控,注重公平与效率。 总之,十六大指出,不论是体力劳动还是脑力劳动,不论是简单劳动还是复杂劳动,一切为我国社会主义现代化建设做出贡献的劳动都是光荣的,都应该得到承认和尊重,以让一切劳动、资本、技术和管理的活力竞相迸发,让一切创造社会财富的源泉充分涌流,最终造福于民。这是在当代劳动出现新形式和新特点的背景下,对马克思的劳动价值论进行创新的出发点。
[Abstract]:The profound changes of the contemporary labor forms are manifested in the service labor, the scientific and technological labor and the management labor are becoming the main forms of productive labor, and their characteristics are that they are the main sources of social value and wealth creation. At present, there are differences in the understanding of the three main forms of productive labor in domestic economic theorists: the difference of understanding of service labor mainly lies in whether the whole labor of service industry or part of labor creates value; Differences in understanding of scientific and technological labor lie in whether science and technology can only change production conditions or create value. Based on the new forms and characteristics of contemporary labor and the understanding of these three kinds of productive labor, this paper discusses the innovation of labor theory of value from the angle of expanding the scope of productive labor. Its aim is to guide practice with theoretical innovation to serve the central task of developing social productive forces. In addition, with the reform of distribution system and the establishment of incentive mechanism, the pattern of co-existence of distribution according to work and distribution according to production factors has been gradually defined and perfected in our country, and the proportion of distribution according to production factors has shown an upward trend. This reflects the important role of labor, capital, technology and management in the formation of social value and the creation of wealth. It is necessary for us to discuss the innovation of labor value theory in combination with the distribution of production factors. At present, there are differences on the theoretical basis of distribution according to work and factors of production. Through the interpretation of the principle of participation in distribution according to the contribution of factors of production, this paper emphasizes that while respecting this principle, we should strengthen the macro-control of the government and pay attention to fairness and efficiency. In short, the 16th National Congress pointed out that whether manual or mental, simple or complex, all labor that has contributed to China's socialist modernization construction is glorious and should be recognized and respected. In order to allow all labor, capital, technology and management vitality to burst, let all the source of social wealth fully flowed, ultimately for the benefit of the people. This is the starting point to innovate Marx's theory of labor value under the background of new forms and characteristics of contemporary labor.
