积累、制度与创新的内生性——以美国社会积累结构学派为例的批判性讨论

【摘要】：马克思主义经济学家一般并不否认技术创新及其引致的投资是帮助资本积累克服其内在矛盾以及推动经济增长和结构性变迁的重要力量。马克思主义经济学经常忽略的是技术创新的内生性问题,即创新能否以及在多大程度上为资本积累所诱致。文章以美国社会积累结构学派为例,批判地回顾了国外马克思主义经济学对此问题的解释,并与新熊彼特派经济学对此问题的看法做出比较。文章提出,要妥善地解决此问题,必须在马克思主义经济学和熊彼特派经济学之间实现某种创造性的综合。
[Abstract]:Marxist economists generally do not deny that technological innovation and the resulting investment is an important force to help capital accumulation overcome its internal contradictions and promote economic growth and structural changes. Marxist economics often ignores the endogenous problem of technological innovation, that is, whether and to what extent innovation can be induced by capital accumulation. Taking the American school of social accumulation structure as an example, this paper critically reviews the interpretation of this issue in foreign Marxist economics and makes a comparison with the views of Neo-Schumpeter economics on this issue. In order to solve this problem properly, we must realize some creative synthesis between Marxist economics and Schumpeter economics.
