新制度经济学视角下企业政治关联研究综述——基于成本收益法的分析

【摘要】：近年来企业的政治关联已成为国内外学者的研究热点。目前大多数研究主要侧重于企业政治关联的内涵如何界定、政治关联与法制存在什么样的关系、企业日常经营和企业价值如何受政治关联的影响等方面,但鲜见基于新制度经济学视角对政治关联进行研究的文献。本文从新制度经济学角度出发,按照发展脉络和逻辑关系对企业政治关联的相关文献进行梳理,分别归纳出企业政治关联的成本和收益,并在最后作了总结和展望。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the political relationship of enterprises has become the research hotspot of scholars at home and abroad. At present, most researches focus on how to define the connotation of enterprise political connection, what kind of relationship exists between political connection and legal system, and how the day-to-day operation and value of enterprise are influenced by political connection, and so on. However, it is rare to study the political relationship from the perspective of new institutional economics. From the angle of new institutional economics, this paper combs the relevant literature of enterprise political connection according to the development context and logical relationship, and sums up the cost and benefit of enterprise political connection respectively, and finally makes a summary and prospect.
