经济信息分析研究

【摘要】： 《经济信息分析研究》从理论、方法、应用三方面进行了研究。其理论部分探讨了发展现状及智能化、体系化、集成化、效益化趋势；分析了其哲学、经济学、信息科学、管理学、灰色系统、认知科学等理论基础；拟出了经济信息分析定义和特征。方法部分，提出了一种对应流程与功能的方法体系；在加工分析中将具体方法层次化为原装、重装、挖掘分析。原装分析指筛选和鉴别；重装分析指整序；挖掘分析指经济信息深度加工的定性思维和定量计算方法。在此基础上提出综合的集成分析。包括理念，特征和框架集成，元素自集成，，元素感应集成等过程。提出水平式，跃升式、重叠式、联接式、交叉式和元结构式等集成模式；应用部分，研究了在政府经济服务和经济决策中应用，以及在企业间和企业内竞争中应用。所运用的分析方法是：“问题法”、“过程法”、“定标比超法”、“SWOT法”等。 最后从思想观念、技术手段、工作模式、人员素质等几方面提出了搞好经济信息分析工作的对策。
[Abstract]:The economic information analysis is studied from three aspects: theory, method and application. In the theoretical part, it discusses the current situation of development and the trend of intelligentization, systematization, integration and benefit, analyzes the theoretical basis of its philosophy, economics, information science, management, grey system, cognitive science, etc. The definition and characteristics of economic information analysis are proposed. In the method part, a method system corresponding to the process and function is put forward, and in the process analysis, the concrete method level is transformed into the original, reassembled, excavated and analyzed. Original analysis refers to screening and identification; reloading analysis refers to whole sequence; mining analysis refers to qualitative thinking and quantitative calculation method of deep processing of economic information. On this basis, a comprehensive integrated analysis is proposed. Including concept, characteristics and framework integration, element self-integration, element induction integration and other processes. This paper puts forward the integration models of horizontal, leaping, overlapping, interconnecting, cross and meta-structural, and studies the application in government economic service and economic decision-making, as well as in the competition among enterprises and within enterprises. The analytical methods used are: "problem method", "process method", "scaling ratio supermethod", "SWOT method" and so on. Finally, the countermeasures of economic information analysis are put forward from the aspects of ideology, technical means, working mode, personnel quality and so on.
