政府生态职能的马克思主义解读

【摘要】：对《资本论》及手稿中的国家职能观点、生态理论等的分析发现,生态职能是马克思主义国家职能理论的题中之意。马克思主义经典作家的论述中包含着人与自然之间正常的物质变换、生态公共利益、生态系统的全球共享性等思想,这些均要求各国政府发挥其生态职能;本文进一步的分析发现,马克思主义国家生态职能的具体内容包括政府合理的生态规划、举办生态公共工程、引导生产方式向生态化转变等。
[Abstract]:Through the analysis of the viewpoint of state function, ecological theory and so on in Capital and manuscripts, it is found that ecological function is the meaning of Marxist theory of state function. Marxist classical writers' exposition contains the normal material transformation between man and nature, ecological public interest, global sharing of ecosystem and so on, which require governments of all countries to play their ecological functions. Further analysis shows that the concrete contents of Marxist national ecological function include rational ecological planning of the government, setting up ecological public works, guiding the transformation of production mode to ecology, and so on.
