产业国际竞争力评价及对我国的实证研究

【摘要】： 产业国际竞争力是衡量一国经济实力的重要标志，是直接关系到一个国家经济安全的重要指标，也是决定一国在世界经济格局中所处地位的关键性因素。当前，，我国产业国际竞争力与发达国家相比存在着较大的差距，我国经济理论界对产业国际竞争力评价的研究还很不成熟，缺乏系统性，因此，需要我们对此进行进一步深入地研究，从而为辅助政府决策服务。论文在探讨产业国际竞争力评价基本理论的基础上，提出了产业国际竞争力评价指标体系，构建了综合评价数学模型，并以中国制造业为例，对中国制造业国际竞争力进行实证分析和中外对比分析，最后，提出了提升我国产业国际竞争力的对策思路。全文共分5部分。第一章：绪论。主要分析了论文的研究背景，目前国内外对产业国际竞争力的研究现状，提出了研究的总体思路。第二章：产业国际竞争力的基本理论。介绍了产业国际竞争力相关理论，对产业国际竞争力进行了界定，提出了产业国际竞争力评价理论与方法的基本框架，分析了产业国际竞争力的影响因素，最后提出了产业国际竞争力的评价准则。第三章：产业国际竞争力评价指标与方法。提出了产业国际竞争力评价指标体系设计的基本原则，同时给出了评价产业国际竞争力的指标体系，然后对各指标进行了深入的剖析，最后对产业国际竞争力的评价方法进行了分析。第四章：中国产业国际竞争力评价——以中国制造业为例。本章主要对中国制造业的国际竞争力从单项指标和综合评价两个方面进行了实证分析，在实证分析过程中，不仅选择了对中国制造业进行了时序分析，同时也进行了国际比较，最后得出了中国制造业国际竞争力的评价结论。第五章：提升我国产业国际竞争力的总体思路。利用前面的评价理论与方法，分析了我国产业发展存在的突出问题；提出了提升我国产业国际竞争力的主要对策。
