空间网络化理论与实践

【摘要】:区域的实质是空间经济网络,区域发展的实质是空间经济网络化(以下简称为空间网络化)。区域发展之初就作为空间网络而存在,只是其空间网络化发育度为零;随着空间网络化的日益发育,区域经济也日益发展;当空间网络化高度发育时,区域经济也高度发达,此时,空间网络化表现为空间一体化。可见,区域的发展过程就是空间网络化从低级到高级的发展过程。 空间网络化是一种空间组织理论,是实现空间一体化的必经途径和手段,,空间一体化则是空间网络化高度发育的产物和最终目标。空间网络化的静态结构是核心—外围结构,动态结构是点轴—网络化结构,它们共同构成地域要素结构,以支持实体要素结构和生产力要素流结构的发展;空间网络化的功能体现在促进区域经济增长、缩小区域经济差异和繁荣空间经济景观三个层面上;空间网络化的开发程序有点开发、线开发和网络化开发;空间网络化开发的动力机制为增长极机制,运行机制为流的机制。由空间网络化量度指标体系的建立和空间网络化发育度的测度可建立空间网络化量度模型。 以此为理论基础,以湖北省为案例,本文运用数学与图论方法计算出各区域的空间网络化发育度,据此对湖北省空间网络化进行定位与分区;通过对增长极点和发展轴线的主成分聚类分析,确立湖北省空间网络化开发格局,并提出空间网络化开发战略与措施。
[Abstract]:The essence of regional is spatial economic network, and the essence of regional development is spatial economic networking (hereinafter referred to as spatial networking). At the beginning of regional development, it exists as a spatial network, but its spatial network development degree is zero, with the increasing development of spatial networking, regional economy is also developing day by day. When the spatial network is highly developed, the regional economy is also highly developed, at this time, the spatial network is manifested as spatial integration. It can be seen that the development process of the region is the development process of spatial networking from low level to high level. Spatial networking is a kind of spatial organization theory, which is a necessary way and means to realize spatial integration, and spatial integration is the product and ultimate goal of the highly developed spatial network. The static structure of spatial networking is the core-peripheral structure, and the dynamic structure is the point-axis-network structure, which together constitute the regional element structure to support the development of entity element structure and productivity element flow structure. The function of spatial networking is embodied in three aspects: promoting regional economic growth, narrowing regional economic differences and prospering spatial economic landscape, and the development program of spatial networking is somewhat developed, line development and network development, and the function of spatial networking is embodied in three aspects: promoting regional economic growth, narrowing regional economic differences and prospering spatial economic landscape. The dynamic mechanism of spatial network development is the growth pole mechanism, and the operation mechanism is the flow mechanism. Based on the establishment of spatial network measurement index system and the measure of spatial network development degree, the spatial network measurement model can be established. Based on this theory, taking Hubei Province as an example, this paper calculates the spatial network development degree of each region by using the methods of mathematics and graph theory, according to which the spatial network of Hubei Province is located and divided. Based on the principal component cluster analysis of growth poles and development axis, the spatial network development pattern of Hubei Province is established, and the strategies and measures of spatial network development are put forward.
