从塘约合作化新实践看毛泽东合作化思想和邓小平第二个飞跃思想的指导意义

【摘要】：中国农村改革近40年来,农业取得了巨大的发展,农民收入也有了大幅度提高,但在工业化、市场化、城镇化背景下新的"三农"问题日益凸显。贵州省安顺市塘约村在2014年灾后走出一条组织起来、重新实现合作化的新路,破解了新"三农"问题。塘约合作化实践的启示是:在农村改革发展长期实行的确立农民对集体经济的财产权利、调动农户积极性的基础上,需要进一步加大引导农民合作化的力度,实现邓小平所说的"第二个飞跃"。在这一过程中,毛泽东关于农业合作化的思想具有重要的指导意义。
[Abstract]:In the past 40 years of rural reform in China, agriculture has made great progress, and farmers' income has also been greatly improved.
