我国自愿碳减排市场发展的对策

【摘要】：随着全球自愿碳减排市场的发展,我国自愿碳减排市场的基本构成要素均有所发展,但仍存在制度基础缺失、市场层次模糊、交易标准不一、业务范围重叠等问题。本文针对当前我国自愿碳减排市场存在的问题,提出树立减排意识、建设制度环境、改进减排指标分解原则、统一交易标准、完善市场结构等对策建议。
[Abstract]:With the development of the global voluntary carbon emission reduction market, the basic elements of the voluntary carbon emission reduction market in China have developed, but there are still some problems, such as the lack of institutional basis, vague market level, different trading standards, overlapping business scope and so on. In view of the problems existing in the voluntary carbon emission reduction market in China, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as establishing the consciousness of emission reduction, building the institutional environment, improving the decomposition principle of emission reduction indicators, unifying trading standards and perfecting the market structure.
