福安市休闲农业发展研究

【摘要】：休闲农业近年来得到了越来越多的重视,国内外很多地区将其看作是解决农村问题的一个有力措施。福安市的休闲农业近几年也得到快速发展,在拉动消费、促进农业经济发展、带动农民增收以及加快城乡一体化进程方面起到的作用越来越大。为进一步丰富福安市产业内涵,提升休闲产品附加值和市场竞争力,发展休闲农业是必由之路。但其发展的过程中还存在许多问题,这些问题如果长期得不到妥善解决,势必会影响整个产业的健康发展。本文在休闲经济理论、体验经济理论、旅游产品生命周期理论、旅游可持续发展理论的指导下,选取福建省福安市为本文的研究对象,研究主要包括休闲农业的概述,定义、特征等,福安市休闲农业的发展现状、游客特征等,对福安市休闲农业进行SWOT分析,包括发展休闲农业的优势条件、劣势条件、现有机会及面临威胁,分析福安市发展休闲农业的优势条件、存在的问题等,并综合国内、国外典型休闲农业发展和操作经验,国外经验借鉴美国、日本,国内经验借鉴北京、成都,通过对这些经验的研究,认清福安市休闲农业发展的现状,分析和寻找福安市发展休闲农业存在问题的原因,提出针对性的对策建议,使福安休闲农业得到更好更良性持久的发展。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture has been more and more attention in recent years, many regions at home and abroad as a powerful measure to solve the rural problems. Leisure agriculture in Fu'an city in recent years has been rapid development, in stimulating consumption, promoting the development of agricultural economy, increase the income of farmers and to accelerate the process of integration of urban and rural areas play a role more and to more. To further enrich the connotation of industry of Fu'an City, enhance the added value and market competitiveness of leisure products, leisure agriculture development is the only way which must be passed. But there are still many problems in the process of its development, if these problems are not solved properly the long-term, it is bound to affect the healthy development of the whole industry. Based on the theory of leisure economy, experience economic theory, life cycle theory of tourism products, tourism sustainable development under the guidance of the theory, from Fu'an city of Fujian Province as the research object of this paper, the research mainly includes Overview of leisure agriculture's definition, characteristics, development status of leisure agriculture in Fu'an City, the characteristics of tourists, SWOT analysis of leisure agriculture in Fu'an City, including the advantages, disadvantages of leisure agriculture development conditions, existing opportunities and threats, advantages of the development of leisure agriculture in Fu'an City, the existing problems, and comprehensive domestic and foreign typical leisure agriculture development and operation experience, foreign experience from the United States, Japan, Chengdu, Beijing and domestic experience, through the study of these experiences, recognizing the current situation of leisure agriculture development in Fu'an City, search and analyze the development of leisure agriculture in Fu'an city is the cause of the problem, put forward the countermeasures and suggestions, so that the development of Fu'an leisure agriculture to get better and more lasting benign.
