【摘要】：返乡农民工作为社会主义新农村建设中间力量,对实现农业农村发展,推动全面建成小康社会都能够发挥巨大作用。加强对返乡农民工再就业的法理依据与保障体系建设的研究,有助于促进返乡农民就业创业。因而,有必要根据当前我国返乡农民工再就业发展现状和实际权益保障需要,建立相对系统的法律保障体系,推动返乡农民工再就业的顺利实现。
[Abstract]:As the intermediate force in the construction of the new socialist countryside, migrant workers returning to their hometown will realize the agricultural and rural development. Promoting the building of a well-off society in an all-round way can play a great role. Strengthening the study on the legal basis and security system of migrant workers returning to their hometowns will help to promote the employment and entrepreneurship of returning farmers. It is necessary to establish a relatively systematic legal guarantee system according to the current situation of the re-employment development and the actual protection of rights and interests of migrant workers returning to their hometown in our country, so as to promote the smooth realization of the re-employment of migrant workers returning to their hometowns.
