【摘要】：自20世纪90年代以来,众多的中国经济学者依据改革开放后市场化和新农村建设这两个领域的经验对中国本土制度变迁进行了深层次的分析。这些理论包括了强制性和诱致性变迁的假说、制度变迁的三阶段论、主体角色转换假说以及渐进转换假说、同一轨迹制度供给累计升级假说等等。这些假说的目的就在于通过完善的理论来更准确阐述中国的制度变迁,那么从中挑选一个更符合现实的假说显然是至关重要的,这便需要对假说进行进一步的论证。文章沿着新中国农村微观经济组织制度变化的脉络,以浙西农村临天公社为个案,以全国整体农地经营制度变迁为参照,通过对土地改革时期、互助组、低级合作社、高级合作社和人民公社这四个时期生产和分配模式渐变过程了解的基础之上,对四个时期的生产经营制度进行归纳,并以此为依据,采用数理模型和动态事例分析相结合的方法。通过对具体集体经济时期制度分析探究每个时期农地经营制度的绩效,并深入讨论了各时期生产激励的影响,得出集体经济农地经营制度在各个时期变迁的主体角色转换,从而对制度主体角色转换假说进行验证。从全文看,文章创新点在于:(1)本文运用了集体经济时期的农地经营制度这一全新的时段来对假说进行了验证;(2)利用较为完整的第一手档案史料和具体到浙江省西部临天公社的个案,使得验证过程摆脱了空洞的遐想,更加具象化和富有说服力。
[Abstract]:Since 1990s. According to the experience of marketization and the construction of new countryside after reform and opening up, many Chinese economists have made a deep analysis of the changes of China's native institutions. These theories include the false of mandatory and induced changes. Say. The three-stage theory of institutional change, the hypothesis of the transformation of subject role and the hypothesis of gradual transformation. The purpose of these hypotheses is to explain China's institutional changes more accurately through perfect theory. So it is very important to choose a more realistic hypothesis, which needs to be further demonstrated. The article follows the context of the changes in the system of rural microeconomic organization in New China. Taking the countryside of western Zhejiang Province as an example, and taking the change of the whole rural land management system as a reference, the mutual aid group and the low-level cooperative were adopted in the period of land reform. On the basis of the understanding of the gradual process of production and distribution in the four periods of the senior co-operatives and the people's communes, the production and management system of the four periods is summed up, and based on this. By combining mathematical model and dynamic case analysis, this paper explores the performance of agricultural land management system in each period through the system analysis of specific collective economic period, and discusses in depth the influence of production incentive in each period. Get the collective economic farmland management system in each period of changes in the transformation of the role of the main role, so as to verify the hypothesis of the transformation of the role of the main body of the system. The innovation of this paper lies in: (1) this paper uses the agricultural land management system in the collective economy period as a new period to verify the hypothesis; (2) the use of relatively complete first-hand archival historical data and specific cases to the west of Zhejiang Province makes the verification process get rid of the empty reverie and become more concrete and persuasive.
