华茂种业公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:中国是农业大国,也是农作物种子的需求量最大的国家之一。自2000年《中华人民共和国种子法》颁布实施以来,我国的种子行业经过十几年的市场化发展,形成了多种所有制企业百花齐放的局面,并呈现出行业集中度较低、竞争环境复杂多变的特点。华茂种业公司是一家从事种子加工、营销推广与技术服务的中小型民营种子企业。面对目前的市场形势,华茂种业需要明确战略目标,选择符合企业自身条件的发展战略,并制定有效的战略实施方案,以应对复杂的行业环境和强大的竞争对手,使企业得以快速、持续发展。 本论文以企业战略理论、种子企业发展战略理论为基础,运用战略管理相关研究工具,对华茂种业公司的发展战略问题展开研究,主要研究内容和结论如下: (1)通过企业内、外部环境分析,本文认为华茂种业公司面临的外部环境因素复杂多变,企业发展的机会和威胁并存;公司拥有的资源和能力有限,各项优势不明显,需要在今后的发展中不断积累关键资源和培育核心能力. (2)通过战略选择分析,本文为华茂种业公司制定了未来十年的战略目标,认为该公司应采取五大发展战略,即专业化战略、跟随成长战略、服务营销战略、育繁推一体化战略和资本运营战略。 (3)在战略实施与风险防范方面,本文为华茂种业公司拟定了战略实施内容和保障措施,对战略风险进行了评估,并提出了风险防范措施。 本论文以运用战略管理理论工具结合种子企业的特点进行现实企业案例的分析研究作为主要创新点,其创新性具体体现在以下几点: (1)运用战略管理的研究工具对种子企业的内外部环境因素进行全面分析,总结出华茂种业公司发展所面临的机会、威胁、优势和劣势. (2)为华茂种业公司匹配了五大发展战略,其中跟随成长战略和服务营销战略在种子企业发展战略研究中属首次提出。 (3)提出了玉米生产信息服务平台的概念,用于为玉米生产者提供综合性的生产解决方案。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country and one of the countries with the largest demand for crop seeds. Since 2000, the seed Law of the people's Republic of China has been promulgated and implemented. After more than ten years of market-oriented development, the seed industry of our country has formed the situation that a variety of ownership enterprises bloom in a hundred flowers, and presents a low degree of industry concentration. Huamao seed Industry Co., Ltd. is a small and medium-sized private seed enterprise engaged in seed processing, marketing promotion and technical services. Facing the current market situation. Huamao seed industry needs to make clear the strategic objectives, choose the development strategy that conforms to the enterprise's own conditions, and formulate effective strategy implementation plan, in order to deal with the complex industry environment and strong competitors, so that the enterprise can quickly. Sustained development Based on the theory of enterprise strategy and the theory of development strategy of seed enterprises, this paper studies the development strategy of Huamao seed Company by using the relevant research tools of strategic management. The main contents and conclusions are as follows: 1) through the analysis of internal and external environment, this paper thinks that Huamao seed Company is faced with complex and changeable external environmental factors, and the opportunities and threats of enterprise development coexist; The company has limited resources and capabilities, and its advantages are not obvious. It is necessary to accumulate key resources and cultivate core competence in the future development. Through the analysis of strategic choice, this paper sets out the strategic goals for Huamao seed Industry Company in the next ten years, and thinks that the company should adopt five development strategies, namely, specialization strategy, following growth strategy. Service marketing strategy, integration strategy and capital operation strategy. 3) in the aspect of strategy implementation and risk prevention, this paper draws up the content and safeguard measures of strategy implementation for Huamao seed Company, evaluates the strategic risk and puts forward the risk prevention measures. In this paper, the use of strategic management theory tools combined with the characteristics of seed enterprises to analyze and study the real enterprise cases as the main innovation, its innovation is embodied in the following points: 1) the internal and external environmental factors of seed enterprises are comprehensively analyzed by using the research tools of strategic management, and the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages facing the development of Huamao seed companies are summarized. 2) it matches five development strategies for Huamao seed Company, among which the following growth strategy and service marketing strategy are put forward for the first time in the research of seed enterprise development strategy. The concept of corn production information service platform is put forward, which is used to provide a comprehensive production solution for corn producers.
