【摘要】：国家现代农业示范区是现代农业园区的最新形式,是我国现代农业建设的重要载体。本文通过分析盘山县国家现代农业示范区存在的问题,借鉴国内外现代农业园区发展经验,提出园区发展方案,总结适合园区现代农业发展的建议。希望通过本文的研究,能够为盘山县乃至我国的国家现代农业示范区建设提供参考。本文共有四个部分。第一部分是绪论,对选题背景、研究意义、国内外文献综述、研究内容、研究方法和技术路线等方面做了简单介绍。第二部分从园区基本情况、园区现代农业发展概况和园区发展的优势说明盘山县国家现代农业示范区概况,并在综合分析园区概况的基础上总结园区存在的问题及问题产生的原因。第三部分综合分析家庭农场、设施农业园区和生态农业园区三种国外现代农业园区发展模式和上海孙桥现代农业园区、杨凌农业高新技术产业示范区两个国内成功的现代农业园区发展模式,借鉴以上国内外现代农业园区的发展经验得出盘山县国家现代农业示范区发展方案并进行可行性分析。第四部分对盘山县国家现代农业示范区的发展从科学规划和发展园区产业体系、强化科技人才支撑、加大园区基础设施投入、创新园区现代农业发展机制等四个方面提出建议,并做出结论。
[Abstract]:The state of modern agricultural demonstration zone is the latest form of modern agricultural park, is an important carrier of the construction of modern agriculture in China. Based on the analysis of the existing Panshan County National Modern Agriculture Demonstration District, learn from the development experience of domestic and foreign modern agricultural park, put forward the development plan for the Park, summed up the development of modern agricultural park. I hope that through this the study can provide reference for the construction of national modern agriculture demonstration district, Panshan county and even in our country. This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, the significance of the research on the background, domestic and international literature review, research contents, research methods and technical route, to do a simple introduction. The second part from the basic situation Park Park, modern agricultural development and the development of the park advantage of Panshan County National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone, and on the basis of comprehensive analysis on the general park Causes of the problems and problems existed in the park. With the third part of a comprehensive analysis of family farms, agricultural facilities and parks and ecological agriculture park three kinds of foreign modern agriculture park development model and Shanghai Sunqiao Modern Agricultural Park Development Mode of two modern agricultural park in Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone in the successful development experience of the above. The domestic and foreign modern agricultural park of Panshan County National Modern Agriculture Demonstration Zone Development Plan and the feasibility analysis. The fourth part of the Panshan county national modern agriculture demonstration zone from the development of Science Park Planning and development industry system, strengthen the support of science and technology talents, increase the park infrastructure investment, proposed four aspects of innovation mechanism of the development of modern agriculture park etc., and make a conclusion.
