【摘要】：我国作为一个农业大国,在社会经济的发展中保证农业的稳定至关重要。而农业保险作为保障我国农业经济以及分散农业风险的一种有效机制,是我国现代化农业建设的重要组成部分,也是我国农业在发展中需要着重解决的一个难题。而从目前来讲,我国的农业保险在发展的过程中存在着投入不足,风险分散机制欠缺,保险的功能没有在农业发展中充分体现等问题。而对于陕西省来说,这样的问题也是同样存在。苹果作为陕西农业中的支柱性产业之一,不仅是果区农民的主要收入来源,也是促进陕西经济发展的重要动力。但是在陕西苹果产业的发展中,由于受到自然灾害以及其它一些灾害的影响,使得苹果产业经济在发展的过程中的风险不断增多,也使得农户的损失连连。因此在这样的一种情况下,进行陕西苹果产业保险需求的分析,促进陕西苹果产业保险体系的构建,对于陕西苹果产业经济的健康发展也就有着很重要的现实意义。基于此,本文以农业保险体系构建的相关理论为基础,通过对陕西省200户苹果农户的资料调查,通过理论结合实际,规范分析结合实证分析的研究方法,对陕西苹果产业保险的影响因素进行了一系列的分析,并以此为基础提出了陕西苹果产业保险体系构建的策略。具体而言,本文主要包括六个方面的研究内容:第一部分绪论部分,通过对选题背景意义、国内外研究现状以及研究的思路、方法等的论述,为全文的研究指明了方向;第二部分理论部分,通过对农业保险概念、体系构建的理论基础的分析,为全文的研究奠定理论基础;第三部分陕西苹果产业保险发展的现状,分析了陕西苹果产业保险发展中存在的问题;第四部分陕西苹果市场供需关系分析,采用实证研究的方法对苹果产业保险的供需进行分析;第五部分陕西苹果产业保险体系设计,通过对陕西苹果产业保险体系设计的思路、原则的阐述,提出了陕西苹果产业保险体系的构建对策;第六部分本文的结论部分,通过对全文研究内容的总结,提出了对未来的展望。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, it is essential to guarantee the stability of agriculture in the development of social economy. Agricultural insurance as an effective safeguard mechanism of China's agricultural economy and dispersing the risk of agriculture, is an important part of agricultural modernization of our country, China's agriculture is also in development requires a focus on solving the problem and from the current situation, China's agricultural insurance in the development process there is lack of investment, lack of risk sharing mechanism, the function of insurance are not fully reflected in the development of agriculture and other issues. For Shaanxi Province, such problems also exist. Apple as one of the pillar industry in Shaanxi agriculture, not only is the main source of income of farmers of the fruit zone, is an important driving force to promote the economic development of Shaanxi. But in the development of apple industry in Shaanxi, due to natural disasters and it Some influences of disasters, the risk makes the apple industry in the development process of growing, also makes farmers loss again and again. So in such a case, analysis of Shaanxi apple industry insurance demand, promote the construction of Shaanxi apple industry insurance system, for the healthy development of Shaanxi apple industry is a very important practical significance. Based on this, this article takes the theory of agricultural insurance system construction as the foundation, through the investigation of 200 households in Shaanxi province apple farmers, through the combination of theory and practice, normative analysis and empirical analysis method, the influence factors of Shaanxi apple industry insurance and a series of analysis, and this is the basis of the construction of Shaanxi apple industry insurance system strategy. Specifically, this paper mainly includes six aspects: the first part introduction part, through The significance of the selected topic background, research status and research ideas, methods and so on, and pointed out the direction for the research; the second part is the theoretical part, based on the concept of agricultural insurance, analyses the theoretical basis for constructing the system, lay the theoretical foundation for the full text of the study; third part of the current development situation of Shaanxi apple industry insurance and analyzes the existing development of apple industry in Shaanxi insurance issues; the fourth part is the analysis of supply and demand in Shaanxi apple market supply and demand relations, using the methods of empirical research on apple industry insurance are analyzed; the design of Shaanxi apple industry insurance system. The fifth part, based on the design of Shaanxi apple industry insurance system, principle, and puts forward some countermeasures for constructing Shaanxi apple industry insurance system; the conclusion in the sixth part, through the research content summary, put forward the prospects for the future.
