【摘要】：太谷县属农业大县,红枣栽培在太谷县已有两千多年的历史。近年来,在县委、县政府“大打红枣战略”的指导下,红枣产业建设的快速发展,太谷红枣产业已成为农业生产的主导产业之一。随之而来的是有关红枣生产、加工、销售的红枣产业的快速发展,红枣产业的壮大已经成为农业增加效益、农民增加收入的最佳途径。在红枣产业发展中,实施“公司+基地+农户”的运行机制,统一技术服务,统一防病治虫,统一产品销售,农户自主经营管理。从而达到管理措施到位,实现红枣产量高、品质优、加工精、品牌响、市场效益好的特色红枣经济产业。本文在对太谷县红枣产业发展的现状进行介绍的基础上,对红枣产业促进太谷县经济发展进行了分析,阐述了太谷县红枣产业迅速壮大发展的具体办法,分析了太谷县红枣产业发展面临的困境,并对其原因进行了比较全面的分析,介绍了其他省市在发展红枣经济产业做法和经验,指出了太谷县红枣产业发展要学习和借鉴先进经验,进一步建立健全完善红枣产业体系,集思广益,多渠道的谋发展,为枣农带来更大的经济收益。
[Abstract]:Taigu County is a big agricultural county, jujube cultivation in Taigu County has a history of more than 2,000 years. In recent years, under the guidance of the county party committee and the county government "big hit red jujube strategy", the construction of red jujube industry has developed rapidly. Taigu red jujube industry has become one of the leading industries in agricultural production, followed by the rapid development of jujube production, processing and marketing industry, and the growth of jujube industry has become an increase in agricultural benefits. The best way for farmers to increase their income. In the development of jujube industry, we should implement the operating mechanism of "company base farmers", unify technical services, control diseases and insects, and unify product sales. Farmers have their own management, so as to achieve the management measures in place, to achieve high output of jujube, excellent quality, processing precision, brand ring. Based on the introduction of the present situation of the development of jujube industry in Taigu County, the paper analyzes the economic development of red jujube industry in Taigu County. This paper expounds the specific measures for the rapid development of the jujube industry in Taigu County, analyzes the difficulties faced by the development of the jujube industry in Taigu County, and makes a more comprehensive analysis of the reasons. This paper introduces the practices and experiences of other provinces and cities in the development of jujube industry, and points out that the development of red jujube industry in Taigu County should learn from the advanced experience, further establish and perfect the industrial system of red jujube, and draw collective wisdom. The development of many channels brings greater economic benefits to jujube farmers.
