【摘要】:蔬菜是国民生活不可或缺的农产品,保障蔬菜稳定生产关乎国计民生。改革开放以来,我国蔬菜生产的空间格局发生了很大变化,蔬菜生产呈现空间集聚特征。分析蔬菜生产集聚的特征及集聚的影响因素,能够把握蔬菜生产的空间分布演变路径和原因,同时为调整农业生产结构和优化蔬菜生产布局提供依据,对于保障蔬菜稳定持续生产和发展地区蔬菜产业具有重要意义。本文主要研究内容及结论如下:(1)蔬菜生产集聚水平的测量。本文基于1978-2013年我国各省蔬菜生产的相关数据,运用空间基尼系数、FLQ值、全局空间自相关指数和局部空间自相关指数等测量方法,对1978-2013年我国各省蔬菜生产集聚度进行了测量。(2)蔬菜生产集聚的时空特征。本文在集聚水平测量基础上,刻画了我国蔬菜生产集聚的时空特征。结果表明我国蔬菜生产集聚总体呈现上升趋势并具有阶段性特征;蔬菜生产总体为中等集聚水平但各地集聚程度差异较大;蔬菜生产集聚呈现地域梯度和连片化特征。(3)蔬菜生产集聚的影响因素分析。本文对可能影响蔬菜生产集聚的众多因素展开了理论和实证研究。基于1995—2013年我国蔬菜生产的相关数据,实证分析了蔬菜生产集聚的影响因素,结果表明我国蔬菜生产地理集聚的影响因素主要为:灌溉条件、非农就业、市场需求、知识溢出、比较效益、农村道路和政府政策等。(4)蔬菜生产集聚的研究结论及政策建议。本文针对我国蔬菜生产的时空特征和影响因素,提出相应的政策建议:重视蔬菜生产集聚作用,建设特色化和专业化的蔬菜生产集聚区,发展蔬菜生产的相关产业;改善蔬菜生产条件,加强基础设施建设;建立蔬菜生产保险制度,稳定农户预期收益等。研究的创新之处在于三个方面:一是研究亮点鲜明:本文基于省级层面数据综合运用产业集聚指标和集聚分布图,刻画了我国蔬菜生产集聚变动的时空特征。二是研究内容创新:本文对可能影响我国蔬菜生产集聚的因素进行了系统的理论和实证分析,得出了我国蔬菜生产集聚的影响因素。三是研究视角创新:本文基于空间经济学和新经济地理理论对蔬菜生产集聚及影响因素分析,能够为产业集聚研究补充来自中国蔬菜生产领域的研究经验。
[Abstract]:Vegetable is an indispensable agricultural product in national life, and ensuring the stable production of vegetables is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. Since the reform and opening up, the spatial pattern of vegetable production in China has changed a lot. The analysis of the characteristics of vegetable production agglomeration and the factors affecting the agglomeration can grasp the evolution path and reasons of the spatial distribution of vegetable production. At the same time, it provides the basis for adjusting the agricultural production structure and optimizing the layout of vegetable production. It is of great significance to ensure the stable and sustainable production of vegetables and to develop the vegetable industry in the region. The main contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1). The measurement of vegetable production concentration level. This paper based on the relevant data of vegetable production in various provinces of China from 1978 to 2013. The spatial Gini coefficient and FLQ, global spatial autocorrelation index and local spatial autocorrelation index are used. The spatial and temporal characteristics of vegetable production agglomeration in various provinces of China from 1978 to 2013 were measured. The spatial and temporal characteristics of vegetable production agglomeration in China are described. Vegetable production in general is of moderate agglomeration level, but the degree of agglomeration varies greatly. The agglomeration of vegetable production presents regional gradient and piecewise characteristics. This paper has carried out theoretical and empirical research on many factors that may affect the agglomeration of vegetable production. Based on the relevant data of Chinese vegetable production from 1995 to 2013. Empirical analysis of the factors affecting the agglomeration of vegetable production, the results show that the main factors affecting the geographical agglomeration of vegetable production in China are: irrigation conditions, non-agricultural employment, market demand, knowledge spillover, comparative benefits. Research conclusions and policy recommendations on vegetable production agglomeration. This paper aims at the space-time characteristics and influencing factors of vegetable production in China. Put forward the corresponding policy suggestion: attach importance to the function of vegetable production agglomeration, construct special and specialized vegetable production agglomeration area, develop the related industry of vegetable production; Improving vegetable production conditions and strengthening infrastructure construction; Establish vegetable production insurance system. The innovation of the research lies in three aspects: first, the bright spot of the research: this paper based on the provincial level data comprehensive use of industrial agglomeration indicators and agglomeration distribution map. This paper describes the spatio-temporal characteristics of the agglomeration of vegetable production in China. Second, the content innovation: this paper makes a systematic theoretical and empirical analysis of the factors that may affect the agglomeration of vegetable production in China. The factors affecting the agglomeration of vegetable production in China are obtained. Third, the innovation of research perspective: based on the spatial economics and the new economic geography theory, this paper analyzes the agglomeration of vegetable production and its influencing factors. It can supplement the research experience of vegetable production in China for the study of industrial agglomeration.
