日本农业文化遗产保护与发展经验及对中国的启示

【摘要】：东亚地区是全球重要农业文化遗产(GIAHS)的主要分布区,其GIAHS的发掘与保护工作也走在世界的前列。作为东亚地区的农业遗产大国,日本各级政府对农业文化遗产工作高度重视,研究工作者的积极参与,在农业文化遗产保护与发展方面已经开展了大量的工作。日本的自然条件和农业经营模式与中国有许多相似之处,其在农业保护与发展方面的经验对中国相关工作有着重要的参考意义。本文从日本农业文化遗产发展进程、遗产保护措施和遗产地产业发展措施3大方面总结了日本农业文化遗产工作经验,并指出了其对中国农业文化遗产保护与发展的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:East Asia is the main distribution area of the important agricultural cultural heritage in the world, and its GIAHS excavation and protection work is also in the forefront of the world. Japanese governments at all levels attach great importance to the work of agricultural cultural heritage and the active participation of researchers. A great deal of work has been done on the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage. Japan's natural conditions and agricultural management model have many similarities with China. Its experience in agricultural protection and development has important reference significance for the relevant work in China. This paper starts with the development process of agricultural cultural heritage in Japan. This paper summarizes the work experience of Japanese agricultural cultural heritage from three aspects: heritage protection measures and heritage real estate industry development measures, and points out its reference significance for the protection and development of agricultural cultural heritage in China.
