【摘要】：农业产业化经营是以市场为导向,以经济效益为中心,以规模经营为基础,以主导产业为重点,以区域化布局、专业化生产、系列化加工、社会化服务、企业化管理为主要特点,形成种养加工、产供销、农工商、农科教一体化的经营体系,使农业走上自我发展、自我积累、自我约束、自我调节的良性发展轨道的现代化经营方式和产业组织形式。农业产业化的出现打破了我国传统农业长期以来自给自足的生产状态,实现传统农业转向现代农业发展的过程。研究农业产业化问题不仅有利于促进农民增收,提高农民的生活水平,还能实现农业效益最大化,推动新农村建设的进程,对促进湖南省农业经济的发展具有举足轻重的影响作用。本文首先从生产成本、农产品、农民收入、规模经济效益、绿色农村五个方面详细分析了农业产业化经营对农业经济发展的作用机制和影响过程;然后阐述了国内外学术界对于湖南省农业产业化和农业经济的研究概况以及存在问题;再选取合适的指标构建农业产业化指标评价体系,并测量了湖南省1993—2014年的农业产业化水平。然后应用协整理论进行指数计算,构建农业经济发展测度指数,对构建要素进行分析与筛选。应用eveiws软件与协整分析法对1993-2014年湖南省农业经济发展进行实证研究,实证结果表明农业产业化发展情况对农业经济发展的影响很大,其影响程度系数为1.204,即农业产业化发展指数每增加1个单位,农业经济发展指数增加1.204个单位。从上述实证研究结果可以有效证明农业产业化经营的快速发展有利于推动我国农业经济的进步。最后,本文以理论分析和实证研究为依据,针对湖南省农业产业化发展过程中出现的科技短板、市场发展不健全、农民思想观念落后等问题,在明确农业产业化经营对于湖南省农业经济发展的影响作用的同时,提出加大政府扶持力度、增强科技创新,提高农民的基本素质、注重生态保护、创新土地制度以及加快供给侧改革等发展策略,全面促进湖南省的农业现代化发展。
[Abstract]:Agricultural industrialization management is market-oriented, economic benefits as the center, scale management as the basis, the leading industry as the focus, regional layout, specialized production, serialization processing, social services. Enterprise management as the main characteristics of the formation of farming processing, production, supply and marketing, agriculture, industry and commerce, agricultural science and education integrated management system, so that agriculture on the self-development, self-accumulation, self-restraint. The emergence of agricultural industrialization breaks the long self-sufficient production state of traditional agriculture in China. The study of agricultural industrialization is not only beneficial to increase farmers' income and improve their living standard, but also to maximize agricultural benefits. The process of promoting the construction of new countryside plays an important role in promoting the development of agricultural economy in Hunan Province. Firstly, this paper starts with production costs, agricultural products, farmers' income, and economies of scale. The paper analyzes in detail the function mechanism and influence process of agricultural industrialization management on agricultural economic development from five aspects of green countryside. Then elaborated the domestic and foreign academic circles to Hunan Province agriculture industrialization and the agricultural economy research survey and the existence question; Then select the appropriate indicators to construct the evaluation system of agricultural industrialization, and measure the level of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province from 1993 to 2014. Then use cointegration theory to calculate the index. The measurement index of agricultural economic development is constructed, and the factors of construction are analyzed and screened. An empirical study on the agricultural economic development of Hunan Province from 1993 to 2014 is carried out by using eveiws software and cointegration analysis. The empirical results show that the development of agricultural industrialization has a great impact on the development of agricultural economy, and its influence coefficient is 1.204, that is, the agricultural industrialization development index increases by one unit per unit. The index of agricultural economic development increased by 1.204 units. The results of the above empirical research can effectively prove that the rapid development of agricultural industrialization management is conducive to promoting the progress of agricultural economy in China. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper aims at the problems of scientific and technological deficiency, imperfect market development and backward ideology of farmers in the course of agricultural industrialization development in Hunan Province. While clarifying the impact of agricultural industrialization on the development of agricultural economy in Hunan Province, this paper proposes to increase government support, strengthen scientific and technological innovation, improve the basic quality of farmers, and pay attention to ecological protection. Innovating the land system and speeding up the supply-side reform to promote the agricultural modernization of Hunan Province.
