河南省农产品加工业主导产业选择研究

【摘要】：河南省作为全国的农业大省,自改革开放以来,经过几十年的发展,农产品加工企业如雨后春笋般迅速崛起,农产品加工业为河南省经济的发展贡献了重要力量。农产品加工业的迅速发展,不仅有力地带动了农业由传统农业向现代农业的方向发展,也促进了农民增收,繁荣了农村经济。我国当前正处于全面建设小康社会的关键时期,要实现全民的小康,就要解决困扰我国许久“三农”问题,而农产品加工业对解决农民增收、农业增产和农村繁荣具有巨大的推动作用。农产品加工业介于第一产业和第二产业之间,因此也被称作“1.5”产业。发展农产品加工业,对促进农村经济发展,提高河南省农业生产的整体效益和提升河南省农产品的市场竞争力有十分重要的意义。但是,在发展的过程中,我省农产品加工业也存在诸如大多数企业规模小、自主创新能力不足、原材料标准化程度低等问题。如何抓住中原经济区建设和中部崛起两大战略及其他优势背景,促进河南省农产品加工业发展再上一个新台阶,正确选择农产品加工业中的主导产业,立足优势、发挥“特长”,并采取有效的政治、经济手段加以引导,无疑将对河南省农产品加工业起到巨大的推动作用。本文将河南省农产品加工业发展的整理概况和主导产业选择为研究对象,运用主导产业理论、比较优势理论和产业关联理论等相关知识,基于产业增长潜力(比较资金利润率)、产业关联度(感应度系数和关联度系数)、比较优势(区位熵和比较劳动生产率)等三个评价基准,搜集《中国统计年鉴2014》、《河南省统计年鉴2014》等相关数据资料,采用定性分析和定量分析结合的方法,归纳了河南省农产品加工业当前应选择食品制造业作为当前发展的主导产业,论文最后针对当前河南省农产品加工业存在的问题以及主导产业选择,分析提出了促进河南省农产品加工业健康快速发展的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Henan Province is a big agricultural province in China. Since the reform and opening up, after decades of development, agricultural products processing enterprises are springing up like bamboo shoots. The rapid development of agricultural products processing industry not only promotes the development of agriculture from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, but also promotes the increase of farmers' income. China is now in the key period of building a well-off society in an all-round way. In order to realize the well-off society for all, it is necessary to solve the problems that haunt our country for a long time, while the processing industry of agricultural products will increase the income of farmers. Agricultural production and rural prosperity play an important role. Agricultural products processing industry is between the primary industry and the secondary industry, so it is also called "1.5" industry. The development of agricultural products processing industry. It is of great significance to promote the development of rural economy, improve the overall efficiency of agricultural production in Henan Province and promote the market competitiveness of agricultural products in Henan Province. However, in the process of development. The processing industry of agricultural products in our province also exists such as the small scale of most enterprises and the lack of independent innovation ability. How to grasp the construction of the Central Plains Economic Zone and the rise of the Central China two strategic and other advantages to promote the development of agricultural products processing industry in Henan Province to a new level. We should correctly select the leading industries in the processing industry of agricultural products, base on their advantages, give play to their "special strengths", and adopt effective political and economic means to guide them. Undoubtedly, it will play a great role in promoting the agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province. This paper takes the development of agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province as the research object and applies the theory of leading industry. Relative knowledge such as comparative advantage theory and industrial relevance theory are based on industrial growth potential (comparative capital profit margin, industrial correlation degree (sensitivity coefficient and correlation degree coefficient)). Comparative advantage (location entropy and comparative labor productivity) was used to collect the relevant data of China Statistical Yearbook 2014 and Henan Statistical Yearbook 2014. With the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, the food manufacturing industry should be selected as the leading industry in Henan agricultural product processing industry. Finally, aiming at the existing problems of agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province and the choice of leading industry, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the healthy and rapid development of agricultural product processing industry in Henan Province.
