【摘要】：精准扶贫是我国扶贫开发进入新阶段的重大战略,也是习近平总书记治国理政新理念新思想新战略的重要内容。但是精准扶贫也面临着精准识别困难、农村干部队伍责任缺失等挑战,如何破解这些困境?本文从增加农村消费品有效供给,加快农村基础设施建设和资金投入力度、建立减贫机制、实施创新驱动,发展特色农业产业、建立和完善考核机制、提高识别能力等方面进行路径建构,以期为精准扶贫提供助益。
[Abstract]:The precise poverty is a major strategy for poverty alleviation and development in China has entered a new stage, and is also an important part of the general secretary Xi Jinping in administering the new ideological and political ideas of the new strategy. But the precise poverty is also facing the precise identification difficult, rural cadres lack of responsibility and challenge, how to solve these difficulties? This paper to increase the effective supply of rural consumer goods. To accelerate the construction of rural infrastructure and capital investment, the establishment of poverty reduction mechanism, the implementation of innovation driven development, characteristic agriculture industry, establish and improve the assessment mechanism, improve the recognition ability and other aspects of path construction, in order to provide help for the precise poverty.
