【摘要】：我国属于农业生产大国,农业发挥着重要作用。在农村地区,人们很早就开始从事农业生产活动,青年群体是农村劳动力的主要构成,在农村发挥着中流砥柱的作用。为了推动小康社会的建设步伐,必须引导更多的青年群体参与其中。调动青年群体的劳动积极性,对于发展社会主义事业有着积极的现实意义。就某种程度来讲,要想建设新农村,必须提供充足的人才保障,农村青年群体是新农村建设的主力军,为实现新农村建设目标,应采取有效措施开发和利用青年群体。对青年群体进行深入的分析和研究,能够为新农村的建设提供人力资源保障。本文对洪泽农村地区的青年群体进行了分析,重点分析了他们的创业情况,本文论述了洪泽地区青年创业的发展情况以及遇到的问题,针对这些问题提出一些方法和策略,该地区青年群体在创业时可从中获得借鉴和参考。本文对有关农村创业的理论进行了全面的介绍和论述,分析了青年创业对于农村发展和社会发展的意义,提出一些建议为青年群体在创业时提供指导和帮助。本文将多项理论作为研究指导,如发展经济学、可持续发展理论、政治经济学、人力资本理论等,在开展研究工作时将实证和理论研究结合在一起,同时采用了定量和定性相结合的分析方法,对国外和我国的一些情况进行了比较分析,深入研究了青年群体在创业时的表现及发展形势。本文经过研究和分析,对农村青年创业情况有了宏观上的认识和了解,同时分析了影响青年群体创业的各项因素,在分析洪泽青年群体的创业情况时,重点论述了该地青年创业给农村带来的积极意义,例如推动了当地的经济发展,使当地青年实现了自己的人生价值,为新农村的建设创造了良好的条件等。本研究课题能够为洪泽青年群体的创业提供指导和帮助,也能为其他农村地区的青年创业活动带来积极的借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural production country, agriculture plays an important role. In rural areas, people began to engage in agricultural production activities early, the youth group is the main composition of rural labor force. In order to promote the construction of a well-off society, we must guide more youth groups to participate in it, and mobilize the enthusiasm of youth groups. To some extent, if we want to build a new countryside, we must provide sufficient talent security, the rural youth group is the main force of the new rural construction. In order to realize the goal of new rural construction, we should take effective measures to develop and utilize youth groups. This paper analyzes the youth groups in Hongze rural areas, focusing on their entrepreneurial situation. This paper discusses the development and problems of youth entrepreneurship in Hongze area, and puts forward some methods and strategies for these problems. This paper gives a comprehensive introduction and discussion on the theory of rural entrepreneurship, and analyzes the significance of youth entrepreneurship for rural development and social development. Some suggestions are put forward to provide guidance and help for youth groups in the process of starting a business. This paper takes several theories as research guidance, such as development economics, sustainable development theory, political economy, human capital theory and so on. In carrying out the research work, the empirical and theoretical studies are combined together. At the same time, the quantitative and qualitative analysis methods are used to compare and analyze some situations in foreign countries and in China. Through the research and analysis, this paper has a macro understanding and understanding of the rural youth entrepreneurship situation. At the same time, it analyzes the factors that affect the entrepreneurship of youth groups. When analyzing the entrepreneurial situation of Hongze youth group, it focuses on the positive significance of local youth entrepreneurship to the rural areas, such as promoting the local economic development. Make the local youth realize their own value of life and create good conditions for the construction of new countryside. This research topic can provide guidance and help for Hongze youth group to start their own business. It can also bring positive reference and guidance for other rural youth entrepreneurship activities.
