循证实践框架下的精准扶贫探索:研究者定位与职责

【摘要】：循证实践方法的出现与兴起是社会科学研究范式向自然科学靠拢的重要表现,也是社会科学研究方法科学化的重要契机与过程。将精准扶贫研究与实践纳入循证实践方法框架下进行探讨有利于精准扶贫研究与实践更加科学地展开与推进,循证实践方法为精准扶贫工作开启了一扇新的大门;循证实践框架下的精准扶贫研究者作为精准扶贫实践的起点,能够凭借自身优势,克服精准扶贫实践过程的其他参与者在证据开发、使用过程中的不利因素,为精准扶贫具体工作的科学推进和取得实效奠定证据基础,也为其他相关研究者对精准扶贫的深入研究提供重要的证据支撑。
[Abstract]:The emergence and rise of evidence-based practical methods is an important manifestation of the approach of social science research paradigm to natural science. It is also an important opportunity and process for the scientific research methods of social sciences. It is beneficial for the research and practice of precision poverty alleviation to be carried out and promoted more scientifically by integrating the research and practice of precision poverty alleviation into the framework of evidence-based practical methods. Evidence-based practice has opened a new door for precision poverty alleviation; As the starting point of the practice of precision poverty alleviation, researchers in the framework of evidence-based practice can overcome the disadvantages of other participants in the process of accurate poverty alleviation in the process of development and use of evidence by virtue of their own advantages. It lays the evidence foundation for the scientific advancement and the actual effect of the specific work of precision poverty alleviation, and also provides important evidential support for the further study of precision poverty alleviation by other related researchers.
