基于土地利用变化的天津市生态资产价值评估及灰色预测

【摘要】：生态资产是以经济社会发展为核心的生态系统和生态环境的价值表现,其价值变化是判断土地利用的合理性、实现土地结构优化和生态环境建设的重要依据。应用生态资产价值核算模型、贡献度指数、敏感性指数和灰色预测模型,对天津市土地利用变化引起的生态资产价值变化进行估算和分析,并对未来天津市的生态资产价值量进行灰色预测。结果表明:天津市近十年来生态资产价值的增长率达10.59%,其中林地面积增加对生态资产价值的贡献度最大;同时预测天津市2025年的生态资产价值将达到48.3352亿元。在此基础上,从合理调控土地利用结构、系统核算生态资产价值、构筑绿色生态保护屏障等角度提出相关的土地利用和生态资产保护的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Ecological assets are the value performance of ecological system and ecological environment with economic and social development as the core, and the change of its value is to judge the rationality of land use. The important basis for land structure optimization and ecological environment construction is to apply the value accounting model of ecological assets, contribution index, sensitivity index and grey forecast model. This paper estimates and analyzes the value change of ecological assets caused by land use change in Tianjin. The grey forecast of the value of ecological assets in Tianjin in the future shows that the growth rate of the value of ecological assets in Tianjin has reached 10.59% in the past ten years. The increase of forestland area has the greatest contribution to the value of ecological assets. At the same time, it is predicted that the value of ecological assets in Tianjin will reach four billion eight hundred and thirty-three million five hundred and twenty thousand yuan in 2025. On the basis of this, the value of ecological assets can be calculated from the rational adjustment and control of land use structure. The countermeasures and suggestions of land use and ecological assets protection are put forward from the point of view of constructing green ecological protection barrier.
