城郊现代农业园区功能分区与设计研究

【摘要】:随着城镇化进程加快,城市面临人口膨胀、土地资源短缺、空间布局拥挤、环境污染、生态受损等多重压力。此时,就需要城郊农业担负起农产品供给、环境美化、生态保护、休闲观光、旅游度假等多种功能。现代农业园区作为发展现代农业的重要载体,对我国现代农业的发展起着举足轻重的作用。但是过热的跟风发展,导致现有园区建设表现出盲目模仿、产品单一、功能分区混乱等一系列问题。所以,对现代农业园区进行科学的功能分区和规划设计研究具有重要的现实意义,可以为当前园区建设提供一种新的思路,也为今后相关研究提供参考。本文通过查阅大量相关文献,总结前人在现代农业园区概念、发展历程和发展现状等方面的研究成果,结合多次实地调查和访谈,运用层次分析法、专家访谈法结合GIS技术,在一定理论的指导下,以石家庄城郊鹿泉区李村镇邓村的凤凰三露果蔬生态园为研究对象,对现代农业园区的功能分区和规划设计进行全面系统的研究。主要研究内容及成果如下:(1)通过调查和搜集研究区及周边环境的相关资料,汇总分析研究区的地理、气候、区位等因素。基于功能用地适宜性评价方法,筛选出指导园区功能分区的6个评价指标,构建评价指标体系使功能区的划分更加科学合理。(2)在充分调查和访谈的基础上,研究得出研究区适宜划分为农业生产、科技示范、观光休闲和综合服务四个功能区。运用层次分析法和专家访谈法分别得出因素指标相对各功能区的权重和等级值。结合GIS技术,进行加权叠加运算,确定各功能分区的用地适宜性评价结果。在此基础上,运用直接叠加法结合相关公式,计算得出现代农业园区的最优功能分区方案。实现方法的上突破,解决了以往规划凭经验,数据靠估计的问题,完成定性到定量的转变,使规划更趋合理。(3)依据功能分区理论、可持续发展理论、生态农业理论、景观生态学理论等相关理论的指导,结合规划设计基本原则,对各功能区进行具体功能界定,并在全区整体基础设施建设、植物景观规划、产业整合等方面给出具体建议。将3D建模技术结合在农业园区规划中,有效避免了视线遮挡、天际线凌乱等三维空间尺度上的混乱现象,能够形成逼真的视觉感受,实现了规划成果的直观展示,立体体验。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of urbanization, cities are faced with population expansion, land resources shortage, spatial layout congestion, environmental pollution, ecological damage and other pressures. At this time, suburban agriculture needs to shoulder the supply of agricultural products. Landscaping, ecological protection, leisure tourism, tourism and other functions. Modern agricultural park as an important carrier for the development of modern agriculture. It plays an important role in the development of modern agriculture in China. However, the overheated development of the park leads to a series of problems, such as blind imitation, single product, confusion of functional zoning and so on. It is of great practical significance to study the scientific functional zoning and planning and design of the modern agricultural park, which can provide a new way of thinking for the current construction of the park. Through consulting a large number of relevant literature, this paper summarizes the previous research results in the concept, development process and development status of modern agricultural parks, combined with a number of field investigations and interviews. With the help of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), expert interview and GIS technology, and under the guidance of certain theory, the Phoenix Sanlu fruit and vegetable ecological garden in Luquan District, Licun Town, Shijiazhuang is taken as the research object. The main contents and results of this study are as follows: 1) through investigation and collection of relevant information about the research area and its surrounding environment. The geographical climate location and other factors of the study area were analyzed. Based on the functional land suitability evaluation method 6 evaluation indexes were selected to guide the functional zoning of the park. Construction of evaluation index system to make the division of functional areas more scientific and reasonable. 2) on the basis of full investigation and interviews, the study concluded that the research area is suitable for agricultural production, scientific and technological demonstration. Tourism and leisure and comprehensive services four functional areas. Using AHP and expert interviews to obtain the weight and grade of the factors relative to each functional area. Combined with GIS technology, the weighted superposition operation is carried out. On the basis of this, using direct superposition method combined with relevant formulas, the optimal functional zoning scheme of modern agricultural park is calculated. It solves the problem of planning based on experience and data estimation, completes the qualitative to quantitative transformation, makes the planning more reasonable, according to functional zoning theory, sustainable development theory, ecological agriculture theory. Landscape ecology theory and other related theories, combined with the basic principles of planning and design, to define the specific functions of each functional area, and in the whole area infrastructure construction, plant landscape planning. The 3D modeling technology is combined in the planning of the agricultural park, which effectively avoids the chaos of the 3D spatial scale, such as line of sight occlusion, skyline clutter and so on. Can form lifelike visual feeling, realize the visual display of planning results, stereoscopic experience.
