基于空间聚类的西藏耕地后备资源开发组合模型

【摘要】:耕地后备资源开发科学合理布局直接影响土地资源可持续利用以及区域生态环境保护。以西藏自治区为研究区,以西藏第二轮耕地后备资源调查评价成果为基础,针对西藏特殊环境,提出基于自然和社会适宜性的西藏耕地后备资源开发适宜性评价模型;并以乡镇为聚类单元,以各乡镇耕地后备资源综合适宜性指数、集中连片指数以及增产潜力指数为变量,考虑空间近邻关系,采用基于图论的SKATER算法进行聚类分析,确定西藏耕地后备资源开发组合。结果显示:依据开发适宜性评价模型,西藏自治区耕地后备资源最适宜、中等适宜和勉强适宜的地块分别占全区耕地后备资源总面积的27.98%、49.09%、22.93%;根据开发组合模型,将具有耕地后备资源的乡镇分为3个组合,分别为近期重点开发、中期适度开发及后期开发区域。此分区结果保持了区块间的近邻关系及行政区界的完整性,为耕地后备资源开发区划提供借鉴,同时为发挥农业规模效益提供了科学依据。
[Abstract]:The scientific and rational distribution of cultivated land reserve resources directly affects the sustainable utilization of land resources and the protection of regional ecological environment. Based on the results of the second round of cultivated land reserve resources investigation and evaluation in Tibet, a suitable evaluation model of cultivated land reserve resources development in Tibet based on natural and social suitability was put forward in view of the special environment in Tibet. Taking the township as the cluster unit, the comprehensive suitability index of the reserve resources of the township cultivated land, the index of the concentration link and the index of the potential to increase production as the variables, the spatial nearest neighbor relationship was considered. The SKATER algorithm based on graph theory is used to cluster analysis to determine the development combination of cultivated land reserve resources in Tibet. The results show that the reserve resources of cultivated land in Tibet Autonomous region are the most suitable according to the evaluation model of development suitability. The moderate and barely suitable plots account for 27.98% of the total area of cultivated land reserve resources in the whole area, and 49.09% and 22.933% respectively; According to the development combination model, the villages and towns with cultivated land reserve resources are divided into three combinations, which are the key development in the near future. Moderate development and late development area in the medium term. The result of this partition maintains the integrity of the adjacent relationship between blocks and the boundary of the administrative region, and provides a reference for the development and regionalization of the reserve resources of cultivated land. At the same time, it provides scientific basis for exerting agricultural scale benefit.
