日本对东北畜牛资源掠取刍议——以满铁调查资料为考察中心

【摘要】:东北畜牛资源丰富,久为日人所觊觎。1920年前东北有畜牛230-290万头。1920年代,其数量有所降低。伪满时期,东北牛肉大量供应日本军队及其官僚系统,尤其是日本海军和关东军,畜牛储量较前又大幅下跌。其持续走低的原因是日人规模性的屠宰、消耗及输出。同时,由于耕牛的不足,农耕大受影响。这种现象在日本投降后依然严峻。
[Abstract]:Northeast China is rich in cattle resources and has long been coveted by Japanese. Before 1920 there were 230-2.9 million cattle in Northeast China. The number of cattle decreased in 1920s. Northeast beef supplies the Japanese army and its bureaucrats, especially the Japanese navy and the kandung army, with cattle stocks falling sharply from the previous year. The reason for the continued decline is the slaughter, consumption and export of Japanese people on a large scale. At the same time. Farming was greatly affected by the shortage of cattle. This phenomenon was still severe after the surrender of Japan.
