【摘要】：2017年,中央就推进农业供给侧结构性改革的内涵进行了较为清晰的界定,但要深刻理解推进农业供给侧结构性改革的内涵,仍需科学把握如何坚持用新发展理念推进农业供给侧结构性改革的问题,全面把握"紧紧围绕市场需求变化"的含义,深刻把握"以提高农业供给质量为主攻方向"的精髓。
[Abstract]:In 2017, the central government to promote agricultural connotation of supply side structural reforms were more clearly defined, but should have a deep understanding of the connotation of promoting agricultural supply side structural reform, still need to grasp how to adhere to the scientific development concept to promote new agricultural supply side structural reform issues, a comprehensive grasp of "focus on market demand change" meaning grasp the "to improve agricultural supply quality as the essence of the main direction.
