宁化县治平乡毛竹产业发展对策研究

【摘要】：毛竹产业是一种具有社会、经济、生态效益的产业模式,越来越受到大家的关注。由于国家供给侧结构性改革的逐渐推进,毛竹产业的发展将对促进农民增收致富、丰富农村经济结构、促进农村劳动力就业、繁荣农村旅游文化市场和建设美丽乡村中发挥重要的作用。宁化县治平乡,是三明市三个毛竹面积10万亩以上的乡镇之一,毛竹资源丰富,但毛竹产业发展缓慢,资源优势没有得到很好的发挥。通过对治平乡毛竹产业情况的研究,希望能够逐渐实现促进农村增收、农村经济进步、资源合理运用、扎实推进美丽乡村建设等目的。本文在查阅相关文献的基础上,对国内外竹产业发展历程及竹产业相关概念及理论基础进行了简要阐述。根据实地调研和调查问卷的结果研究治平乡毛竹产业的发展情况,由毛竹产业以及有关资源的开发等方面剖析,发现治平乡毛竹产业发展存在经营管理意识不强、产品结构单一、科技含量低、生产利用率不高、资源开发力度不足、合作社发展程度低、资金投入少等问题和不足。通过对治平乡毛竹产业发展的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战进行分析,得出治平乡毛竹产业发展的外在环境机遇大于挑战,它本身也具有非常突出的发展优势。结合福建省永安市毛竹产业发展的经验,学习先进经验,西吸取其有益部分,为当地乡竹产业发展策略提供有益启示。得出治平乡毛竹产业发展需遵循以资源为依托、文化为特色、科技为动力,走生态保护与经济发展、农民增收相结合的绿色、创新、开放、共享的发展道路;做到科学规划,合理布局;立足资源优势,强化基础设施建设;强化品牌意识和市场开拓,促进笋竹系列产品的精深加工和文化、旅游多元化发展;抓住政策机遇,强化政企合作和服务体系建设,构建发展平台,提升国内国际影响力等可行性对策建议。
[Abstract]:Bamboo industry is a kind of social, economic and ecological benefit industrial model, which has attracted more and more attention. As the national supply-side structural reform gradually advances, the development of bamboo industry will promote farmers to increase income and become rich. Enriching the rural economic structure, promoting the employment of rural labor force, prospering the rural tourism cultural market and building a beautiful village play an important role. Ninghua County is one of the three townships in Sanming City with an area of more than 100,000 mu of bamboo. Bamboo is rich in resources, but the development of bamboo industry is slow, and the advantages of resources are not well brought into play. Through the research on the situation of bamboo industry in Pingxiang, we hope that we can gradually realize the promotion of rural income increase, rural economic progress, and the rational use of resources. The purpose of this paper is to promote the construction of beautiful villages. On the basis of consulting relevant documents, The development history of bamboo industry at home and abroad and the related concepts and theoretical basis of bamboo industry were briefly expounded. The development of bamboo industry in Zhiping Township was studied according to the results of field investigation and questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of bamboo industry and the development of related resources, it is found that the development of Phyllostachys pubescens industry in Zhiping Township has not strong consciousness of management and management, single product structure, low scientific and technological content, low utilization rate of production and insufficient exploitation of resources. Through the analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of the development of bamboo industry in Pingping Township, it is concluded that the external environment opportunities for the development of bamboo industry in Pingping Township are greater than the challenges. It itself also has a very outstanding development advantage. Combined with the experience of the development of bamboo industry in Yongan City, Fujian Province, we should learn from advanced experience and absorb its beneficial parts from the west. It is concluded that the development of bamboo industry in Pingping Township should follow the green and innovation which is based on resources, characteristic of culture, power of science and technology, combination of ecological protection and economic development, and increase of farmers' income. Open and shared development road; scientific planning and rational layout; based on the advantages of resources, strengthen infrastructure construction; strengthen brand awareness and market development, promote the development of bamboo shoots and bamboo series products of deep processing and culture, tourism diversification; Grasp the policy opportunity, strengthen the cooperation between government and enterprise and the construction of service system, build the development platform, enhance the domestic and international influence and other feasible countermeasures.
