福建省乐活玖玖生态农业园发展模式研究

【摘要】：观光农业是旅游和农业的交叉型产物,其发展不仅有利于改进农业生产、促进经济增加以及维持旅游业的可持续发展,而且对于保护和合理利用生态环境也具有重要作用。通过加强合作交流发展海峡两岸观光农业,一方面可带动相关产业链的发展,促进海峡两岸农村剩余劳动力的转移和产业结构转型；同时对加强文化的传递传承具有重要意义。然而,目前观光农业的发展仍存在经济形式过于单一、不易形成产业链；难以拉动当地园区和农业的发展；客源供应不足、发展被动；忽略自身特色等问题,从而使得企业缺乏竞争力、产业转型和产业升级的发展受限。因此,合理规划观光农业的发展模式和思路是促进其快速稳定发展的重要手段和保障。本研究选择位于海峡西岸平潭地区的乐活玖玖生态农业园为研究对象,在对周边旅游情况进行深入调查和探讨的基础上,基于SWOT模型对其发展的优势、劣势、机遇和战略进行研究,结果表明WO战略更适宜本研究区的发展；进而以此为依据对该研究区的观光农业发展模式和整体思路进行规划。通过本研究可为海峡两岸观光农业的发展提供科学的参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Tourism agriculture is a cross-type product of tourism and agriculture. Its development is not only conducive to improving agricultural production, promoting economic growth and maintaining the sustainable development of tourism, And it also plays an important role in the protection and rational use of the ecological environment. By strengthening cooperation and exchanges to develop tourism agriculture across the Taiwan Strait, on the one hand, it can promote the development of related industrial chains. Promoting the transfer of surplus rural labor force and the transformation of industrial structure on both sides of the Taiwan Strait; at the same time, it is of great significance to strengthen the transmission and inheritance of culture. However, at present, the economic form of tourism agriculture is too single and it is difficult to form an industrial chain. It is difficult to stimulate the development of local parks and agriculture; the insufficient supply of tourists, passive development, neglect of their own characteristics and other problems, resulting in the lack of competitiveness of enterprises, industrial transformation and industrial upgrading development constraints. The rational planning of tourism agriculture development model and train of thought is an important means and guarantee to promote its rapid and stable development. In this study, Lehuo Jiujiu Ecological Agriculture Park, located in Pingtan area of the West Bank of the Strait, is chosen as the research object. Based on the investigation and discussion of the tourism situation in the surrounding areas, the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and strategies of its development are studied based on the SWOT model. The results show that the WO strategy is more suitable for the development of this research area. On the basis of this, the development mode and the whole train of thought of sightseeing agriculture in this research area are planned, and the research can provide scientific reference and reference for the development of sightseeing agriculture on both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
