仙居县萍溪林场森林可持续经营评价研究

【摘要】：森林是改善生态环境,维持生态平衡的主体,是人类赖以生存和发展的环境基础。森林经营是现代林业建设的永恒主题,森林可持续经营是人类发展过程中面临的新课题。本研究是在萍溪林场森林资源调查及分析的基础上,对其可持续经营进行评价并提出相应的技术措施,以促进该林场森林资源可持续发展。萍溪林场森林资源的主要特点是以松、杉人工林为主,面积以松木为最多,蓄积以杉木为最大,龄组结构以幼、中龄林为主。森林资源生长量大于消耗量,森林资源持续增长。根据林场现状建立的森林资源质量评价指标体系,表明林场的森林资源资源质量等级为Ⅱ级,结果为良。其原因是由于林场近几年营林措施不够,采伐较多,新造林分均处于未成林造林地,造成森林资源质量指标在计算过程中变化较大。深入分析林场的森林可持续经营,构建了一套由总体层、系统层、状态层和变量层等4个层次30个指标组成的评价指标体系对萍溪林场的可持续经营进行评价,结果表明,林场总体上处于弱可持续状态,主要表现为森林资源结构不合理,森林资源经营粗放、资源利用潜力不够充分,森林资源动态监测不够完善。萍溪林场今后实现可持续经营的技术措施包括:深入开展森林分类经营,突出经济效益与生态效益兼顾,实现产业生态化;加强森林培育,提高森林质量;进一步优化与升级产业结构(发展林下经济、开发森林旅游、做精有机茶),促进林业的可持续发展;开展FSC森林认证,建立FSC管理体系;加速林业科技进步与创新,强化信息化建设。
[Abstract]:Forest is the main body of improving ecological environment and maintaining ecological balance, and it is the environmental foundation of human survival and development. Forest management is the eternal theme of modern forestry construction. Sustainable forest management is a new subject in the process of human development. Based on the investigation and analysis of forest resources in Pingxi forest farm, the sustainable management of forest is evaluated and the corresponding technical measures are put forward. In order to promote the sustainable development of forest resources in Pingxi Forest Farm, the main characteristics of forest resources in Pingxi Forest Farm were pine and fir plantations, the area was the largest, the accumulation was the largest, the age group structure was young, the area of Pinus lanceolata was the largest, and the age group structure of Pinus lanceolata was the largest. The growth of forest resources is greater than that of consumption, and the forest resources continue to increase. The evaluation index system of forest resources quality established according to the present situation of forest farms shows that the forest resources quality grade of forest farms is grade 鈪，
