我国城郊乡村旅游运营模式研究——基于主体的视角

【摘要】：城郊乡村旅游经营包含4种模式,即政府扶持、个体户经营、投资公司经营以及专业合作联营等模式。这4种模式与城郊乡村旅游各个发展过程相适应,通过对旅游产业进行整合,对城郊的产业结构调整、城乡居民生活改善、拓展农村人口就业、增加农民收入起到了一定的积极作用。但也存在着部分主体发展不规范,旅游公司尚未成为乡村旅游投资的主体,政府对乡村旅游发展的总体规划重视不够,政府的旅游协调机制还不完善等问题。要加强对城郊乡村旅游的管理,整合近郊旅游项目,完善住宿条件,推精品促品牌。
[Abstract]:The rural tourism management in suburban areas includes four modes, namely, government support, self-employed management, investment company management and professional cooperative management, etc. These four modes are suitable for the development process of suburban rural tourism. By integrating the tourism industry, adjusting the industrial structure of the suburbs, improving the living conditions of the urban and rural residents, expanding the employment of the rural population and increasing the farmers' income, it has played a positive role. Tourism companies have not yet become the main body of rural tourism investment, the government has not paid enough attention to the overall planning of rural tourism development, the government's tourism coordination mechanism is not perfect, and so on. It is necessary to strengthen the management of rural tourism in the suburbs and integrate the suburban tourism projects. Improve accommodation conditions and promote brands.
