陇川县农村居民点用地适宜性评价研究

【摘要】:农村居民点用地作为土地利用方式之一,是农业劳动者共同居住,并进行各项交流活动而聚集的场所。对农村居民点用地进行分析,并据此对其布局提出合理建议,有助于解决农村居民点用地不合理、不安全等问题,旨在为陇川县农村居民点用地选址、布局、规划等提供借鉴。 本文在分析和总结国内外相关研究进展的基础上,结合相关的基础理论,以云南省陇川县为研究区,综合运用熵值法、多因素综合分析及GIS空间叠置分析等多种方法,对陇川县农村居民点用地适宜性进行了评价,以评价结果为基础,考虑基本农田保护区和国家公益林,对农村居民点用地布局进行了类型划分,并结合农村居民点用地现状及实施中可能存在的问题,提出了陇川县农村居民点用地布局建议。通过分析研究,得出以下结果: (1)陇川县农村居民点用地规模为4179.26公顷,全县农村居民点用地总体规模占城乡建设用地比重大,用地布局分散,且空间分布差异大;此外,人均农村居民点用地规模大,具有一定的可调整空间。 (2)陇川县农村居民点用地适宜性评价结果中,全县适宜区域规模为137595.34公顷,占全县总面积的73.47%,大部分位于陇川县西南部,尤其是公路、河流周边和坝区,各乡镇内均有分布,主要分布于在坝区周边且与章凤镇接壤的景罕镇。 (3)在陇川县农村居民点用地布局划分结果中,全县优先布局区、扩展布局区及适度布局区总规模为88194.81公顷,占全县总面积的47.09%,主要分布于乡(镇)政府周边、坝区、公路及河流周边,部分位于陇川县边界区域。 (4)在陇川县内,有2.49%的农村居民点用地位于禁止布局区,在未来布局中需要逐步对其进行搬迁。 (5)陇川县农村居民点用地可布局规模为81653.58公顷,占全县总面积的43.60%,其主要是新建农村居民点用地和搬迁选址可考虑的布局范围。
[Abstract]:As one of the ways of land use, rural residential land is a place where agricultural workers live together and exchange activities. It is helpful to solve the problems of unreasonable and unsafe land use in rural residential areas, aiming at providing reference for the location, layout and planning of rural residential land in Longchuan County. On the basis of analyzing and summarizing the related research progress at home and abroad and combining the relevant basic theories, this paper takes Longchuan County, Yunnan Province as the research area, and synthetically uses entropy method, multi-factor comprehensive analysis and GIS spatial overlay analysis, and so on. The suitability of rural residential land in Longchuan County was evaluated. Based on the evaluation results, the distribution of rural residential land was classified based on the basic farmland reserve and the national public welfare forest. Combined with the present situation of rural residential land and the possible problems in its implementation, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the layout of rural residential land in Longchuan County. Through the analysis and study, the following results are obtained:. 1) the scale of rural residential land in Longchuan County is 4179.26 hectares, the total scale of rural residential land in the whole county accounts for a large proportion of urban and rural construction land, the land distribution is scattered, and the spatial distribution is large; in addition, the scale of rural residential land per capita is large. Has certain adjustable space. 2) in the evaluation of the suitability of rural residential land in Longchuan County, the scale of the suitable area in the county is 137595.34 hectares, which accounts for 73.47% of the total area of the county. Most of them are located in the southwest of Longchuan County, especially in the highway, river periphery and dam area, and are distributed in all towns and villages. Mainly distributed in the dam area around and bordering the town of Jinghan Zhangfeng. 3) in the result of the division of rural residential land use in Longchuan County, the total scale of the county's priority layout area, the expanded layout area and the moderate layout area is 88194.81 hectares, accounting for 47.09 hectares of the total area of the county, mainly distributed around the township (town) government and the dam area. Roads and rivers around, part of the Longchuan County border area. 4) in Longchuan County, 2.49% of the rural residential land is located in the no-layout area, and it is necessary to move it step by step in the future layout. The scale of rural residential land distribution in Longchuan County is 81653.58 hectares, accounting for 43.60% of the total area of the county, which is mainly the layout range of newly built rural residential land and relocation site.
