中国规模化牧场管理效率研究——基于全国20个省份中规模牧场数据

【摘要】：近几年来,中国正努力提升奶牛养殖的规模化水平,处于"散户不断退出,规模养殖场逐渐兴起"的转型时期,奶牛养殖呈现规模化的发展趋势,管理效率的高低已经成为影响规模化牧场经济效益的重要因素。因此,在考虑行业趋势与数据全面性的前提下,本文选取2014年全国20个省份的中规模牧场的成本收益及费用用工数据,采用DEA方法,从投入—产出两方面构建评价指标体系,在考虑规模报酬可变的情况下,对中国中规模牧场的管理效率进行测算与评价。分析发现,目前中国中规模牧场的管理效率普遍偏低,而规模效率是制约管理效率的最主要因素。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China is striving to improve the scale of dairy cattle breeding, in the transition period of "individual investors keep withdrawing and large-scale farms are rising", dairy cattle farming shows a trend of large-scale development. The level of management efficiency has become an important factor affecting the economic benefits of large-scale rangeland. Therefore, under the premise of considering the industry trend and the comprehensiveness of data, In this paper, the cost, income and cost employment data of mid-scale pastures in 20 provinces of China in 2014 are selected, and the evaluation index system is constructed from two aspects of input-output by using DEA method. Considering the variable scale reward, the evaluation index system is constructed in this paper. This paper measures and evaluates the management efficiency of middle scale pasture in China, and finds that the management efficiency of middle scale pasture in China is generally low at present, and the scale efficiency is the most important factor restricting the management efficiency.
