北大荒现代农业园同城配送方案设计

【摘要】：随着经济的快速发展,人民生活水平的不断提高,大量新鲜果蔬被人们所需要。同时,城市居民对于生活质量的高品质追求,休闲农产品逐渐走进居民的日常生活。北大荒现代农业园是垦区现代农业的展示窗口和哈尔滨市近郊唯一的都市田园农业主题景区,北大荒现代农业园本身和其中的租户每年会生产大量的农产品供游客欣赏、采摘和购买。为了满足哈尔滨市居民足不出户就享受到休闲农产品的需求,北大荒现代农业园希望设计合理的同城配送方案,并提供配送服务。本文通过访谈法,调查问卷法,定性定量分析法,一方面了解哈尔滨市消费者对休闲农产品同城配送需求情况,另一方面了解北大荒现代农业园休闲农产品供给情况。根据调查可知,哈尔滨市消费者对休闲农产品同城配送需求主要表现在休闲农产品种类以及价格需求、同城配送方式、同城配送频率及时间、同城配送支出等方面。而北大荒现代农业园休闲农产品供给主要存在采摘、普通和高端三种类型,目前主要以前两种类型为主。根据消费者对不同类型休闲农产品配送需求,结合北大荒现代农业园实际情况,分别设计出北大荒现代农业园采摘、普通和高端休闲农产品同城配送方案,给出每个方案设计的目标、步骤、业务流程、关键资源和盈利模式。最后提出每个同城配送方案实施的保障措施。以此增加北大荒现代农业园休闲农产品的收入,提高北大荒现代农业园在哈尔滨市休闲农产品同城配送的市场份额,提高社会知名度,促进哈尔滨市休闲农业发展,满足人们的消费需求,从而带动社会经济发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standard, a large number of fresh fruits and vegetables are needed by people. At the same time, urban residents' pursuit of high quality of life, The Beidahuang Modern Agricultural Park is the window for the display of modern agriculture in the reclamation area and the only urban pastoral agricultural theme spot in the suburbs of Harbin. The Beidahuang Modern Agricultural Park itself and its tenants produce a large number of agricultural products for tourists to enjoy, pick and buy each year. In order to meet the demand of Harbin residents to enjoy leisure agricultural products without leaving their homes, The Beidahuang modern agricultural garden hopes to design a reasonable distribution plan and provide distribution service. This paper, by means of interview, questionnaire, qualitative and quantitative analysis, On the one hand, we understand the demand of consumers in Harbin for the distribution of leisure agricultural products in the same city, on the other hand, we understand the supply of leisure agricultural products in the Beidahuang modern agricultural park. According to the investigation, we can know that. Harbin consumers' demand for distribution of leisure agricultural products in the same city is mainly manifested in the types of leisure agricultural products and price demand, the distribution mode of the same city, the frequency and time of distribution in the same city, Distribution expenditure in the same city and so on. However, the supply of leisure agricultural products in the Beidahuang modern agricultural park mainly exists in picking, common and high-end types, currently mainly in the first two types. According to the consumers' demand for distribution of different types of leisure agricultural products, According to the actual situation of Beidahuang modern agricultural garden, the paper designs the picking plan of Beidahuang modern agricultural garden, the distribution plan of ordinary and high-end leisure agricultural products, and gives the design objectives, steps and business process of each scheme. The key resources and profit models. Finally, the guarantee measures for the implementation of each distribution plan in the same city are put forward to increase the income of leisure agricultural products in the Beidahuang modern agricultural park. In order to promote the development of leisure agriculture in Harbin, the market share of Beidahuang modern agricultural garden and distribution of leisure agricultural products in Harbin should be increased, and the development of leisure agriculture in Harbin should be promoted, so as to promote the development of social economy.
