西北军政委员会对新中国初期西北畜牧业的经略

【摘要】：新中国初期,面对西北畜牧业的衰败景象,西北军政委员会在遵循中央"保护和发展畜牧业、防止兽疫"的政策指示下,采取了一系列发展畜牧业的措施。西北军政委员会积极建设和施政,不仅为西北地区畜牧业经济的持续发展做出了贡献,而且改善了牧区各族人民的生活;在改进牧业生产条件、支援国家社会主义工业化建设的同时,也为民族团结、巩固新生的人民民主政权奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:In the early days of New China, in the face of the decline of animal husbandry in the northwest, the Northwest military and political Commission followed the central policy of "protecting and developing animal husbandry and preventing veterinary epidemics." A series of measures have been taken to develop animal husbandry. The northwest military administration committee has not only contributed to the sustainable development of animal husbandry economy, but also improved the life of the people of all ethnic groups in pastoral areas. While improving animal husbandry production conditions and supporting the country's socialist industrialization construction, it also laid the foundation for national unity and the consolidation of the new people's democratic regime.
