DEA模型下的休闲农业评价实证分析——以河南省为例

【摘要】：[目的]休闲农业是现代经济与农业快速发展的产物,促进了农业与旅游业的结合,推动了国民经济的发展,深深影响了人们的生产和生活。作为农业大省的河南,能够实现休闲农业的发展,对自己甚至是整个领域的发展都具有重要意义。[方法]在此背景下,文章通过阐述休闲农业的概念及基本特征,通过问卷调查与专家访问发,收集河南省12个休闲农业示范点的发展数据,并筛选得到头投入人力、物力、财力,输出经济效益和社会效益的评价指标,建立为河南省休闲农业发展服务的DEA模型。[结果]之后,通过实证分析,得到以下结论:从具体的角度上来说,加大人力、物力和财力的投入可实现休闲农业的经济效益和社会效益;从全面上来说,对休闲农业的投入可推动该行业的整体规模。[结论]该文的研究结果为发展河南省休闲农业打下了理论基础,推动了重点发展技术、提高投资效率和投入物力的发展模式。
[Abstract]:[objective] Leisure agriculture is the product of the rapid development of modern economy and agriculture. It promotes the combination of agriculture and tourism, promotes the development of national economy and deeply affects people's production and life. To be able to realize the development of leisure agriculture is of great significance to oneself and even to the development of the whole field. [methods] under this background, the article expounds the concept and basic characteristics of leisure agriculture, and sends it through questionnaire survey and experts' visit. Collect the development data of 12 leisure agriculture demonstration sites in Henan Province, and select the evaluation indexes of the first investment manpower, material resources, financial resources, output economic and social benefits. The DEA model is established to serve the development of leisure agriculture in Henan Province. [results] after empirical analysis, the following conclusions are drawn: from a specific point of view, increase manpower, The economic and social benefits of leisure agriculture can be realized with the input of material and financial resources. [conclusion] the research results of this paper lay a theoretical foundation for the development of leisure agriculture in Henan Province, promote the development of key technology, improve the investment efficiency and the development model of material resources.
