湘乡市农业科技教育现状与对策研究

【摘要】：科学技术是第一生产力。伴着农业技术的不断创新以及科学技术的突飞猛进,农业科学技术教育在农业生产加工中的地位越来越凸显,在现代化农业的快速发展过程中农业科技教育和培训一直都扮演着非常重要的角色。但是,从农业科技教育的现状可以看出,它本身还存在许多不容忽视的问题。如从事农业生产的劳动力数量和质量下降、传统的培训方式受到严峻挑战、对农村调查研究有待加深、教育培训体系不够健全、农业科技教育缺少资金投入、农业科技教育硬件设施落后、农业科技教育培训整体连续性不强等。针对这些问题,本论文提出了相应的应对措施,具体包括加强农业科技教育的主导作用、建立健全农业科技教育培训的规划和制度、建立农业科技教育培训体系、开发更多的农业科技教育培训内容、创新农业科技教育培训的形式、培养素质过硬的教育培训队伍等。本论文的研究目标是希望通过对农业科技教育现状及问题的研究,真正解决目前阻碍农业生产发展的问题,以帮助农民真正意识到农业科技教育的重要性。
[Abstract]:Science and technology is the first productive force. With the continuous innovation of agricultural technology and the rapid development of science and technology, the status of agricultural science and technology education in agricultural production and processing is more and more prominent. Agricultural science and technology education and training have always played a very important role in the rapid development of modern agriculture. However, it can be seen from the current situation of agricultural science and technology education, It also has many problems which can not be ignored, such as the decline in the quantity and quality of the labor force engaged in agricultural production, the severe challenge to the traditional training methods, the need to deepen the investigation and research in rural areas, and the inadequacy of the education and training system. The agricultural science and technology education lacks the fund investment, the agricultural science and technology education hardware facility is backward, the agricultural science and technology education training overall continuity is not strong and so on. Specifically, it includes strengthening the leading role of agricultural science and technology education, establishing and perfecting the planning and system for agricultural science and technology education and training, establishing an agricultural science and technology education and training system, and developing more contents of agricultural science and technology education and training. The aim of this paper is to solve the problems that hinder the development of agricultural production by studying the present situation and problems of agricultural science and technology education. In order to help farmers really realize the importance of agricultural science and technology education.
