【摘要】：界定农村客运服务范畴并剖析其基本属性;分析新常态下我国农村客运需求特征和变化趋势;研究交通运输系统供需关系,阐释从供给侧推进农村客运服务改革的必要性;基于治理理论构建政府—市场—社会相互作用机制框架,并据此提出推进农村客运服务供给侧结构性改革的相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:Define the category of rural passenger transport service and analyze its basic attributes; analyze the characteristics and trends of rural passenger transport demand in China under the new normal; study the relationship between supply and demand of transport system; explain the necessity of promoting rural passenger transport service reform from the supply side; Based on the governance theory, this paper constructs the framework of the government-market-society interaction mechanism, and puts forward relevant policy recommendations to promote the supply-side structural reform of rural passenger transport services.
