【摘要】：文章将分析最新的家庭调查结果 (UNHS-3),回顾计算贫困线的家庭调查(MS-1),并且评论乌干达目前的官方贫困线。根据理论分析和最新的调查数据(2005年和2006年),文章提出一条新的贫困线,并估计新的贫困率。这只是为相关方面研究提供一个讨论的基础,而非正式提出贫困线和贫困率的替代方案。此外,文章还考察了跨地区贫困线问题,特别是探讨了贫困线是否应该以及在何种程度上反映一国内部的地区差异。在坚持采用统一的国家食物篮子的情况下,也应注意到地区性的食物篮子可能提供关于人们是否真正达到基本营养需求的更深刻信息。
[Abstract]:The article will analyze the results of the latest household surveys, review the household surveys that calculate the poverty line, and comment on the current official poverty line in Uganda. This is only to provide a basis for discussion on the relevant aspects of the study, and to informally propose alternatives to the poverty line and the poverty rate. In addition, the article examines the problem of the cross-regional poverty line. Having explored, in particular, whether and to what extent the poverty line should reflect regional differences within a country... while insisting on a unified national food basket, It should also be noted that regional food baskets may provide deeper information about whether people actually meet their basic nutritional needs.
