【摘要】:正黑龙江省得天独厚的优质生态资源是绿色安全蔬菜食品生产的先决条件,但产业观念落后、布局不合理、硬件基础差、规模小、分布散、产业链条短、技术水平低等问题严重阻滞了黑龙江省蔬菜产业的发展。本文在分析黑龙江省蔬菜产业现状的基础上,提出"闯市场、定模式、扩规模、强加工、硬基础、建品牌、重科技"等7项发展策略,并对黑龙江省的蔬菜生产布局提出了建议。
[Abstract]:The excellent ecological resources of Heilongjiang Province are the prerequisite for the production of green and safe vegetable food, but the industrial concept is backward, the layout is unreasonable, the hardware base is poor, the scale is small, the distribution is scattered, and the industrial chain is short. On the basis of analyzing the present situation of the vegetable industry in Heilongjiang Province, this paper puts forward the following points: "break into the market, fix the model, expand the scale, strengthen the processing, build the hard foundation, build the brand," Seven development strategies, such as "heavy science and technology", are put forward, and suggestions on the layout of vegetable production in Heilongjiang Province are put forward.
