农村劳动力流动对农村收入及收入差距的影响——基于劳动异质性的视角

【摘要】：劳动力之间由于性别、年龄和教育等因素的不同而存在巨大差异。本文提出了一种将此类异质性引入传统家庭收入决定方程的新方法。基于该新方法,我们可以估计出每一种特征的劳动力外出务工对农户收入的影响。利用"中国家庭追踪调查"2010年的数据,本文发现:(1)农村劳动力具有异质性,不同特征劳动力外出务工对家庭收入的影响存在显著差异;(2)考虑异质性后,一个外出务工和一个在家劳动的劳动力对家庭收入的平均贡献率分别为23.8%和22.5%,远高于传统估计下的14.8%和10.8%;(3)外出务工扩大了农村内部收入差距,而传统方法的结果却表明外出务工有可能缩小收入差距。
[Abstract]:In this paper, a new method for introducing such heterogeneity into the traditional equation of determining household income is proposed, based on which the labor force is greatly different due to the difference of sex, age and education. We can estimate the impact of migrant workers on the income of farmers with each characteristic labor force. Using the data from the China Household tracking Survey of 2010, this paper finds that the rural labor force is heterogeneous. There are significant differences in the influence of migrant workers on family income among different characteristics of labor force. (2) after considering heterogeneity, The average contribution rates of a migrant worker and a home-based labor force to the household income were 23.8% and 22.5 respectively, much higher than the traditional estimate of 14.8% and 10.8 percent. The results of traditional methods suggest that migrant workers are likely to narrow the income gap.
