山西省兴县蛋鸡养殖成本收益分析

【摘要】：山西省吕梁市兴县是山西蛋鸡养殖的重要地区,有着悠久的养殖历史,蛋鸡养殖对农民的脱贫致富起着举足重轻的作用,蛋鸡养殖业逐步成为政府重点支持的产业。蛋鸡养殖业也在地区的经济发展中具有了非常重要的地位。我国蛋鸡养殖业存在养殖规模小、自动化程度低、管理水平不足、规模效益差、产品差异小等问题,严重影响了蛋鸡养殖的效益。目前,吕梁市兴县地区的蛋鸡养殖以农户个体养殖为主,收益波动极大,因此对于找出蛋鸡养殖效益的影响因素并深入研究,选择最佳的蛋鸡养殖模式十分必要。本文以山西省吕梁市兴县蛋鸡养殖经济效益为研究对象,在对兴县当地蛋鸡养殖情况实地调查的基础上,选取具有代表性的鹿家岔蛋鸡养殖场进行详细分析,并通过深入的了解取得养殖过程中各项成本及收益的数据,进而对各项数据进行整理分析,得到蛋鸡养殖经济效益的影响因素。找出了兴县地区蛋鸡养殖过程中村在的一些问题,并给出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Xingxian County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province is an important area for the breeding of Shanxi laying hens, which has a long history of breeding. Egg hens breeding plays an important role in lifting peasants out of poverty and becoming rich. The laying hens breeding industry has gradually become a key industry supported by the government. The laying hens breeding industry has also played a very important role in the regional economic development. China's laying hens breeding industry has a small scale, low automation and insufficient management level. The problems of poor scale benefit and small product difference have seriously affected the benefit of laying hens breeding. At present, the breeding of laying hens in Xingxian County, Luliang City, is dominated by individual farmers and the income fluctuates greatly. Therefore, it is necessary to select the best breeding model for laying hens in order to find out the factors affecting the benefit of laying hens, and to study the economic benefits of laying hens breeding in Xingxian County, Luliang City, Shanxi Province. Based on the field investigation of local layer breeding in Xingxian County, the representative Lujiachuan laying hens breeding farm was selected for detailed analysis, and the data of various costs and benefits in the breeding process were obtained through in-depth understanding. The factors influencing the economic benefit of laying hens breeding were obtained, and some problems existed in the breeding process of laying hens in Xingxian area were found out, and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.
