福州市休闲农业的空间布局与优化策略研究

【摘要】：休闲农业农业与旅游业有效融合的新兴产业。休闲农业既可以增进人们对的生活体验,提升旅游品质,又能够起到促进农村发展、增加农民收益的作用,并且成为农业发展的新增长点。从二十世纪九十年代后期开始,休闲农业在中国迅猛发展。福州市的休闲农业自九十年代后期开始并在近年呈现出了良好的发展态势,涌现了一批初具规模的观光农园、休闲农场、市民农业园、森林公园、民俗观光村等休闲农业模式。本文通过以福州市所属的区县休闲农业示范点为例子,通过分析得出我市休闲农业在空间上的布局和分布特征,并且在此基础上对福州市休闲农业发展现状开展综合的总结归纳,同时结合国内外先进的经验,提出适合福州市休闲农业发展的优化策略研究。本文共计七个部分：第一部是绪论。主要是对整篇文章进行一个引导和总括。包括研究的背景和研究的意义以及对国内外现状的分析。第二部分是围绕休闲农业的基础理论展开深入的分析。通过分析休闲农业发展具体的学术背景和理论支撑,引起大家对休闲农业重要性的认识。第三部分围绕福州市休闲农业的发展现状开展分析。通过介绍福州市概况、福州市休闲农业发展的历史与现状、以及福州市休闲农业发展条件的评价来展示福州市发展休闲农业的必要性与可行性。第四部分则通过对空间布局的分析寻找存在的问题。第五部分通过分析对福州市休闲农业功能区加以划分,进一步细化福州市休闲农业空间布局中应该注意的问题。第六部分主要是在之前的分析基础上提出推进福州市休闲农业功能区建设的优化策略。第七部分为结论,通过总结本文的研究内容提出发展好福州市休闲农业空间布局中所必须注意的问题和今后发展的方向。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture can not only enhance people's life experience, improve tourism quality, but also promote rural development and increase farmers' income. Since 1990s, leisure agriculture has been developing rapidly in China. The leisure agriculture in Fuzhou has been developing well since 90s and in recent years. A number of leisure agriculture models have emerged, such as sightseeing agricultural gardens, leisure farms, citizen agriculture parks, forest parks, folk tourism villages, and so on. This paper takes the example of the district and county leisure agriculture demonstration sites in Fuzhou as an example. By analyzing the spatial distribution and distribution characteristics of leisure agriculture in our city, and on the basis of this, the author summarizes and sums up the present situation of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou, and combines the advanced experience at home and abroad. This paper is composed of seven parts: the first part is the introduction. It is mainly to guide and summarize the whole article, including the background of the research and the significance of the research. The second part focuses on the basic theory of leisure agriculture. Through the analysis of the specific academic background and theoretical support of the development of leisure agriculture, The third part focuses on the analysis of the present situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. By introducing the general situation of Fuzhou, the history and present situation of the development of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou are introduced. And the evaluation of the development conditions of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of developing leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. Part 4th looks for the existing problems through the analysis of the spatial layout. Part 5th, through the analysis of the blessing. The functional areas of leisure agriculture in the city of Guangzhou should be divided, Further refinement of the problems that should be paid attention to in the spatial layout of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. Part 6th is mainly based on the previous analysis to put forward the optimization strategy to promote the construction of functional areas of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou. Part 7th is the conclusion. By summing up the research contents of this paper, the paper puts forward the problems that must be paid attention to in the development of the spatial layout of leisure agriculture in Fuzhou and the direction of its development in the future.
