四川省农村外出劳动力回流动因研究

【摘要】：农村外出劳动力回流现象是继“民工潮”与“民工荒”之后又一个引发全社会关注的劳动力流动现象。随着政府对“三农”问题解决力度的增大,以及十一届三中全会对新农村建设的提出和实行推进,使得农村外出劳动力回流的现象更加明显。农村外出劳动力回流对促进农村经济增长和推进新农村建设具有十分重要意义。四川省作为劳务输出大省,随着西部大开发战略、新农村建设、城乡统筹等战略的提出和实施推进,以及四川省委提出的“提升首位城市、着力次级突破、夯实底部基础”的战略构想,四川省农村外出劳动力的回流对四川省的城市和农村经济的发展有着重要的作用。本文主要对四川省农村外出劳动力的动因进行研究分析,深入了解四川农村劳动力回流的原因,并提出相应的政策建议。本文首先对研究四川省农村劳动力回流的研究意义做出说明并对劳动力转移相关的理论模型和研究成果有相应的了解。回顾了农村劳动力的转移历史以及农村外出劳动力回流的历史,并对四川省农村劳动力的现状进行了分析说明。然后根据调研数据对农村劳动力回流的原因影响因素进行了全面分析,然后根据研究所表示的影响劳动力回流的因素,提出应对劳动力回流的具体政策建议。
